Nice 3* hotel (compared to the others it's more like a 4* and I was manager for accor hotel group i have a little experience on this) Food is delicious, rooms are cosy and quiet. They are building a cinema inside the hotel that should be ready for the next touristic season "Inch Allah" Beautiful view on the river at...

This hotel is a great value hotel in the middle of Yusufeli. Walking distance to almost everything downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, with views of the river. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant has awesome views of the town. The staff was friendly, but we had some significant problems. First, they woke me up in the middle...

I stayed 1 night in August. Nicely positioned room overlooking the main street and river. Pleasantly surprised to find that the room had air conditioning. What really stood out for me was the quality and variety of the buffet breakfast - excellent!

I stayed 2 nights in May arriving by car from Kars and Artvin. Note that the new Artvin - Yusufeli road high above the as yet unfinished dam constructions is a tiring drive. I counted 42 tunnels. Hotel had a big poster before entering the town. It's the newest place in town and has a restaurant on top 5th floor....

The room I had at the Almatur was on a corner with marvellous views of the Barhal River and the mountains and was really comfortable altogether. Good hot water also good showers. rooms had TV, WiFi and comfortable beds. The breakfasts are just so good and the amiable manager is so welcoming and pleasant. Meals are available at all sorts...

An excellent hotel in a picturesque village in the mountains. Large modern, clean room with a view of the river. AC, fridge, desk and chair. Bathroom a bit small but modern and clean however the toilet seat was loose and the shower head kept popping off. Hotel has a lift and a restaurant which was very reasonable but had a...

Stayed here in the summer of 2014 to do some hiking in the area (loved the hike from tekkale to dort kilise!). The hotel is super! Modern, good food en nice views over the city when having dinner (fifth floor). It cost 125 turkish Lira for a double room per night. The staff is very friendly, especially the manager (son...

Rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, room telephone and aircon, none of which functioned. The desk chair wobbled ominously and the toilet seat snapped at your private parts. Returning and in need of a siesta at 4:30pm, we and the other members of our group find that the rooms are being made up and sheets being changed on only...

We did not stay at the Hotel Almatur but we did have dinner there on our one night in Yusufeli. No one would describe the rooftop restaurant as 'fine', but we thought the food was good and very tasty, and the young man serving us could not have been more friendly and helpful. We began with mixed meze rather than...

While we arrived to this hotel we were excited. Nice modern rooms, fast net connection, clean, very "Alps style" inside. Noise of the river which was complained in many reviews was nice, it is nature... Our window/door outside was rather hard to close but my husband is tall so he could manage. Real fun came while we were opening/closing bathroom...
