Nice hotel facing the sea. The rooms are small between the bed and the office. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom deserves a good refresh especially tub level, the bathtub plug not attached.
Amazing for a 4* that there is no bottle of water available in the room. Or that the fridge be filled with even paid items. Or the little detail at the restaurant not to put the services at the table.

Large, well-furnished rooms equipped with every comfort, with a beautiful sea view. Comfortable mattress. In the bathroom there is no shower but a slightly uncomfortable bathtub. Receptionist couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. They even gave us an upgrade to a sea view room. The room was small, but clean, quiet and comfortable with a small covered balcony. Part of the Duna Parque Beach Group, the property also has a pool and restaurant. We weren’t thrilled with the food selection at the restaurant but there were plenty of options near the hotel. A short walk to the beach and some landmarks with free parking available. They could not accommodate us for an extra night but recommended one of their sister hotels nearby.

We spent a week there over New Years. They charged us about double of the price then they do in January (stupid enough we hadn ´t checked that). Great view, not doubt. Clean room. Convienient located. But the athmosphere is more like in a hostel than in a 4stars place. Rooms are not sound proofed very well. The facilities passed their time. An espresso machine is provided in the room, but pads only on the first day (instead of a bottle of water). After that they want you to buy them. All of this is not a big problem, if the room charge is fair. But it wasnˋt. Asking for a boat trip along the river we got the answer that the company is not operating at this time of the year. It turned out that the information was wrong. This is no good service, no matter if a room is cheap or expensive! We were very disappointed of this place!

The only thing that was good was the quantity and variety of the food. The restaurant is open to the public. It is not cheap to stay there comparing to Algarve and if you stay at a pool view room, theres no balcony so you cant hang your wet cloths after beach. Noisy at night. Staff at the private beach was rude. We wont go back.

A few years ago I was at Quinta do Moinho de Vento, which is now part of the same group as this hotel and due to the fact that at this time the farm does not have a PA, they recommended this hotel to me. It was a disappointment, the PA at the Quinta was spectacular, with some croissants coming out of the oven, at the hotel the only thing missing was the orange juice which was natural, the scrambled eggs were super dry and the room was somewhat disorganized and with few quality options. I expected more from PA The facilities need renovation,

This was a great find - not only was it near the beach but also quiet and friendly. We had a gorgeous room with outside hot tub and patio chairs. The lounge was great and welcoming and we opted for (the BEST value) half board so ate dinner there - wonderful buffet everything from sushi to steak and upon arrival huge gin and tonic !!

The hotel is looking very tired and neglected, it’s in desperate need of a refurbishment. The room and in particular the bathroom was poorly decorated, it looked like it had been done by amateurs with rough wood surfaces poorly painted. To be honest I could have done better and I’m no professional. In out room there was exposed telephone wiring, broken cable ducts, poor Wi-Fi and a lack of accessible power points to charge electronic devices. Hard to see how the hotel gets a 3* rating. On the plus side it is in an excellent location, provides car parking and has a cheerful and dedicated staff.

At any decent quality hotel we expect to have a good night's rest. Certainly in a 4-star (****) hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case in this hotel. We have gotten a room at the very east side of the building (opposite side from the reception) and got 'entertained' by a loudly, noisy air-condition type of sound, all night long. It was even not from any neighbouring room, it definitely came from the far east side of the building. Not to mention the overall quality of the room and the furniture, which couldn't pass the 3-star bar.

Very bad! From the service, to the hotel itself that I don't know how can have 4 stars, mold in the bathroom, not a soap had to wash hands, the pillows were awful, had no mattress protector, the shampoo was awful and the bottle didn't work, the toilet lid damaged, we had to be always grabbing! The bathroom is so small that we're always knocking on things. The hotel itself inside is horrible looks like we're in a garage.
