My new wife and I stayed at Juma Lodge for 3 days as part of our honeymoon in Brazil and we both agreed it was our favourite location of the trip. We wondered what the quality of food and room would be like beforehand, considering the location, but I really cannot fault the Lodge in either respect. Reading through the...

We spent 2 nights at the Juma Lodge at the beginning of August. 2 Adults and 2 teenagers. Lodge not ready and dirty when we arrived (while we arrived at the end of the day). Toilets not usable and dirty. But the worst was that the expected peaceful place and lovely lodges were indeed twins lodges. These lodges which are...

Dear Guest I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We really have to apologize you for the short delay in preparing your room. We were in a very high season and it really took us a bit more of time to prepare all the rooms. We will plan to hire one more maid next...

The company sorted all of the transfers, picking us up from the Tropical Manaus Hotel, boat ride across the meeting of the rivers, car journey through fishing village and finally a boat journey through the amazon to our lodge. It was a long journey, but surely that's to be expected if you want to see the beauty of the Amazon...

I've been four days in this amazing place and everything was excellent. The wrong point is just when you realize that it's time to leave and come back to reality. From the very beginning it seems to be in a documentary, all you have ever imagined about jungle and adventure becomes true. The services were impeccable and everything is done...

Extremely overpriced given the quality of the room, and the quality and diversity of the food. Terrible service, itinerary did not match what was promised. On the positive side, the landscape is absolutely amazing.

Fantastic lodge in Amazon rainforest that brings you to jungle life and local costumes. All the staff are gentle and polite. The guides are "professors" of jungle and help us to understand the local life and their daily rotine. Leon was our guide and all of the group liked him. I recommend for families and people that want to live...

The lodge is built on wooden supports raised 19m above ground level, we had the opportunity to stay at the lodge when the water level was nearly at 19m. It was an amazing experience. Fantastic knowledgeable staff, friendly and very informative. The food was more like a huge feast for each meal with great wine selections. The rooms were comfortable....

See Philip M's review then add that he caught two piranha, which were expertly prepared for us - talk about yummy....then the next night he held a caiman, expertly caught by our super, terrific guide, Neilson. There was always something unusual to do: we tasted the sap of the tree from which milk of magnesia comes, yelled at ant communities...

We spent 4 nights at the lodge and had a great time. The water in the river was very high but it added to the experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our guide, Nilson, was fantastic. We had great day and night activities and just learned a tremendous amount about the Amazon jungle. The food was very well...
