I loved this hotel. Gardens are great! It is quite small but so charming! We also até there and food was great. Rooms are simple but comfortable. The hotel is decorated with objects from all over the World! Really near the beach, 10 metres from your room! Not very cheap but lovely.
Bright clean rooms with great view of the beach. The swimming pool is simple, clean and nicely designed. The reason to give three stars only is the very bad food and the boring environment in the evenings. We tried the breakfast and dinner and it was a big disaster. A possible solution could be the closest restaurant on the beach: cheap and nice food, with limited choice though. The nearest beach is nice and clean, but very dark in the evening with no lightening around and nothing to do. Everything around the resort is closed after 21:00. There is no much to do in the resort itself after dinner, except internet surfing, book reading and swimming in the nicely lighted pool at night. Overall, the resort is very cozy, a good spot for a family weekend.
The hotel is located very close to the beach. Rooms are clean and the bathroom big. The swimming pool is ok. To be a 5 star hotel it lacks on service. If you lay on the beach and order a drink, you have to go back to the hotel to get it (surely not a 5 star service!). Sometimes the bar of the hotel is unattended...so if you want to drink something you might need to be very patient. The dinner is included in the price. The buffet is varied, the quality though is average. We can say the same about the breakfast. The price paid (650 reals per night for a triple) is far too high for the service we received.
(writing in English to make it of a broader appeal) Very good hotel to stay with family - located literally at the beach (a very calm one), with good service and awesome Balinese-styled decoration, the hotel fulfilled all my expectations. No disgusting activities to guests, no live music but with free (and good) wi-fi services, its distinctive familiar atmosphere amongst sophisticated furniture makes it unique. Spacious rooms, good regional food for breakfast and dinner included. Lunch with honest prices.
