My husband and I travelled with our parents and siblings to Panama this past December. We stayed in the Deluxe Suites here. We were looking for all-inclusives since we were travelling with such a large group. Overall, the facilities were great, the weather was great, the drinks were fabulous and freely flowing and the food was a little bit above...

If you want to combine beach and nature, I would suggest you stay here for 3 days and then go to either a hotel in Panama City or in the Rain Forest, where you will be closer to most attractions including the canal, nature tours, etc. This is a place for those who are looking for a quiet spot. Small,...

Due to kind heart of a family member, we got a free stay at the Sheraton Bijao Beach Resort. This new resort is located about 120 kilometers from Panama City in an area that I refer to as the Panamanian Riviera, because of the development that is going on between Gorgona Beach and the town of Farallon. Bijao is a...

Spent 11 nights at the newly named Sheraton. Wife and I had an OK time. Pools and beach are wonderful to enjoy. Drinks are top shelf brands while food was very average. Variation at buffet could be upgraded. Service by staff OK but bring your Spanish dictionary to get by as much of staff have big time trouble with English....

Friendly staff, great food, excellent property, located along the main highway. Although 1.5 hours away from Panama City airport, it is on the main highway with access to public transportation and within a short driving distance to El Valle. We had a rental car, which made it easier to get around. Car rentals may run anywhere from $50-100/day, better to...

We checked in the night before Thanksgiving and only stayed about 14 hours but it was nice. There were 3 of us and they charged an additional $100 for the 3rd person. I had called ahead to ask what is included for that and was told "all" of the restaurants, room service, mini bar. Well only one restaurant was open,...

I have stayed in many hotels, resorts, all inclusive, in Panama and in many countries in America, but this hotel was a super big disappointment. First, they say, room with garden view and is overlooking the parking lot. The safe did not work, the pool had to move out at 6 o'clock. At the pool bar, tended to 6 pm...

Just back from a week at the Sheraton Bijao (formerly Breezes) and was very happy with our experience. The food was good (think mid-level cruise ship), service was prompt and pleasant, the pool is lovely and the beach nice. The beach does have some black volcanic sand, but it's not dirty. The water was great while we were there. We...

Former Breezes Resort & Spa is now a Sheraton resort (4 stars) and everything on it is up to Sheraton standards, so all the reviews that I read about bad service don't apply anymore. However, I did have trouble finding the location of the Hotel in Google so wasn't sure where it was located and that was the only disappointment....

Food was tasty, hotel and pools were clean and the people were accommodating. No complaints, its a basic resort. Good value! They served us nice big drinks with a smile! We don't mind the kids and enjoyed meeting people from all over the world.
