Attended an well-managed large conference at the Gaylord. Facilities and my room were great. Being Christmas time there were multiple events for guests in the large atrium. Not my cup of tea but delightful for the holidays. Note to hotel: my WiFi kept trying to join “Gaylord Co

We recently stayed here on a group tour. The rooms were adequate and clean with a few exceptions. The breakfast buffet was excellent! However, as part of our package we were given drink coupons with a value of $20. We wanted to go to the bar on top of the hotel but...it wasn'

This was my first time at one of these properties and it was an added bonus to get Marriott reward points for staying here. The grounds are massive and full of restaurants and things to do. One of the major attractions is the area just walking distance from the hotel as it’s trul

We have been to the ICE winter festival for the past 3 years. We enjoy immensely and have a great time. Each year there is a different theme and all of this is in a large building with sub-freezing temperatures which requires putting on a thermo parka to keep you warm over you

Does anyone know if there are different size suites and which is larger? I was told at first that the executive suite is larger than an atrium view 1king bedroom suite but that doesn't seem accurate based on the website pictures?
we stayed in a basic room, after we arrived at 3 PM...made a request for 3:30 early checkin, at 5PM we were still sitting in the atrium food area...waiting for the call...had to leave for the show at FedEx...called them from there at 7PM...still was not ready. My guess is, is you have the $$$$,,,they will have a comparable room $= 1-star....$$$$$= 5-star room...im just guessing though.

The coffee is not Keurig but you insert a packet in the coffee maker. Yes there is a mini fridge. The parking don’t know we didn’t have a car there
