We stayed only one night in this beautiful old historical hotel building. As a person very interested in history I was impressed with all the paintings, objects and other antiques displayed on each floor. Our room was okay considering the age of this hotel and the bed was comfortable. The shower cabin was a squeeze though and the floors always...

Beautiful small traditional hotel. Personal service, comfortable but old rooms and a great bavarian restaurant. I have stayed here on three separate occasions and it has been consistently good. If in summer ask for a room with aircon

Nice staff, clean rooms and nice, cosy restaurant. But first and foremost; the friendly staff. The facilities are great; no problems with the wifi, and lots of free parking space just outside the entrance. This makes the stay very easy.

stayed here on business, a lovely 400 year old hotel in a very quaint Bavarian town, the public rooms were nice though my single bedroom was extremely small, the bathroom was only as wide as the shower and the room walls are quite thin, I woke up to a squeaky floorboard during the bight and actually thought that there was...

In the middle of town straight off the box of a jigsaw puzzle the hotel is comfortable and a very friendly place. The staff were great and our rooms were very grand if a bit spooky at times with people staring down from oil paintings on the high walls. The cooked breakfast was a bit limited and there aren't many...

Lovely hotel located downtown. If you like historic buildings with a several hundred year history, this hotel is right for you. The city is old bavarian style as is the hotel. A "Beergarden" (see picture below) is lovely and even cool on a hot summer day. Rooms are old fashioned,no aircondition beds comfortable. Bathroom small. Restaurant is great with local...

It is a lovely local hotel with a good convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds! The breakfast is also delicious with perfectly boiled eggs every morning. The rooms were always clean and most importantly for me the showers were hot with a good water flow.

I didn't expect a lot on my recent business trip but was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Service was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt as much at home as possible. I read some reviews prior to going and had expected the typical smaller European hotel room but ended up with a surprising large...

This hotel is neither romantic nor qualified for the 4 star category. Very loud, one of my worst night's sleep in a while. The rooms are so out of date that my eyes hurt. Thank God I'm only stuck here for business - if I had booked it privately, maybe in a romantic sense I would have left immediately.

A few friends and I stayed in this hotel during a weekend at Oktoberfest and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room was well-maintained, and the breakfast in the morning was great!
