Located some 4km up in the mountain above Wörschach, we awoke to being well above the clouds. The welcome from the owners was incredibly warm and friendly. Dinner was really good, even for me as a veggie. The hotel is nicely furnished, very clean, peaceful but above all blessed with some superb views.

This hotel has amazing views due to its elevation almost on top of a mountain and high above the clouds unless you were shrouded in them , the staff were friendly and although english is not their specialty we made ourselves understood , the meals were fairly std fare , as are the rooms it would have been state of...

I booked this hotel via Booking.com and had confirmation for a family room : 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Great, I thought, travelling with my 2 teenagers. Then I received an email from the property in a language that was supposed to be German, but was rather gobbledegook. After I replied to explain, thy told...

Hotel a little old but ok. Food quality average. Run by a Hungarian couple. Staff is friendly and ok except the lady. Non-friendly, non-charming, non-flexible. The hotel is a little far from the ski resorts (at least 30-40 min by car) but the panorama is really fantastic. However, are you looking for Austrian traditional charming hospitality, do not go for...

The hospitality was second to none the owners are very friendly despite my very poor German! We ate at the restaurant and the food is very good - home...

We arrived after 36hrs driving and experienced an easy friendly check in. However the arrival was a little dubious..... The hotel is out of the village up a windy road....... 8minutes up a very windy narrow road with little or no signposts! We arrived in the dark and felt we were heading in the wrong direction but eventually arrived and...

The hotel is on high altitude, more then 1000 m, surrounded by beautiful forests, great places for hiking in nature. The rooms, restaurant and terrace offers a truly panoramic view of the whole chain of valleys and mountains, very very nice! The hotel owners are a young family, who have made us feel at home, they have prepared the best...

Arrived late at night, after driving up a dark mountain. Had a hearty Austrian dinner at the restaurant which was kept open beyond normal hours just for us. Woke up to stupendous views of mountains and the valley below. Charmingly old fashioned, somewhat dated (rooms could do with a make-over) but good value, extremely pleasant and helpful hosts, and a...

If you came to have some walks - place is good for that. You can see waterfalls, castle nearby in the moutains, o...
