I visit Switzerland many for work frequently. I have stayed in Zofingen and Zurich many times. Hotels in Zofingen are quite expensive and size of the room is small, just enough for one person. For this visit chose to stay at Visp, I had work at Evionaz but the hotels at Montreaux were all booked due to Jazz festival and...

My room was a decent size especially by European standards. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but again, decent for European standards. Very friendly hotel staff. My room (and balcony!) did not overlook the downtown street below (I heard from others who overlooked the street that the noise was considerable from the late night crowd) and was...

This is the 5th time I've stayed here in last 8 months. Preferable to Brig as a venue. Meets all my needs, opposite the station and near town centre. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. English spoken. Rooms modern, good value, clean and spacious. A few UK TV channels. Wifi more than adequate for Facetime. Breakfast is fab...

Stayed for four nights in a spacious room with a nice balcony overlooking the town and a nice view of the mountains. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The location is very close to the train station. I look forward to my next trip.

The room was comfortable, the terrace off of the room offered a breathtaking view of the mountains. The breakfast was good and I loved the fried eggs and bacon. The outdoor seating in the café below was pleasant.

Excellent hotel, very nice and spacious room, good value, excellent location near station. Only detail left to make it outstanding : please add a coffee machine to the room, after all you are in the home country of nespresso ;-)

Stayed here many times - will go back. 1st time for me on the 6th floor though - with a large private balcony with views across interesting buildings to the close snow-capped mountains behind. Friendly, helpful people who care about what they do - the owner is often on reception and lives in the hotel annex. Good size room, large...

It's a 3 star hotel but I thought the price is too high for what it represents. Room, bathroom are very basic and clean. HVAC in the bathroom stays on when you switch the light on, I believe the noise of the system is incredibly irritating. Negative: The binder in the room offers room service, however when I called the...

Dear guest, thank you very much for your feedback, which is very important for us and helps us to steadily improve our service. The room service offer is a new service in our hotel and we are sorry that not all our staff was instructed yet. Now it is for sure. With the next renovation we plan to rebuild the...
