Stayed for three nights in room 3, comfortable, very clean and spacious. Heather and Niall made us very welcome and could not do enough for us, like homemade cakes every afternoon, a lovely homely touch. Breakfast superb, all ingredients locally sourced. We would not hesitate to stay there again, hopefully next year.

Enjoyed a fabulous 3 night stay in this beautiful B&B. Lovely warm welcome and shown to our immaculate room with lots of lovely touches - robes, quality toiletries, tea tray to name but a few. Lovely to return each afternoon to fresh home baked cakes too! Breakfast was superb with such an array of choices and quality local fresh produce...

Heather and Niall could not have done any more to make our stay wonderful. Room was very comfortable, clean and most of all our stay was made special by the very friendly and caring couple. Breakfast best I have had for a long time, so much homemade products, even afternoon cakes, left in your room. Do yourself a favour and...

We had a lovely stay at the bay tree in Seaton. We stayed in room 3, which was very spacious and very clean. Heather and Niall were great hosts and very welcoming. We loved the breakfasts and the homemade cakes. We found plenty of local coastal walks to go on. Thanks to both of you for your hospitality. I would...

We received a warm, friendly reception from Heather and Niall who are wonderful...

We had room 6 which was quite large, clean and comfortable with excellent views towards the sea. Heather and Niall were friendly and helpful hosts. We agree with others that the breakfast was excellent...

On a coastal walking trip with my Mum we picked Seaton as one of our overnight stops. Bay Tree House turned out to be a fab location to rest our legs! We were greeted with a pot of tea and scones (and gluten free cake for Mum). The room was spacious, beautifully light and the bed was extremely comfortable! In...

This is a spectacular place to visit, don't go to Seaton and find the bay tree go to the bay tree and find seaton. Best night sleep I've had in years. Really wish we had more time there. Stunning rooms with more then plenty of space. Views are amazing from the bedroom we were in room three with the clock...
