We booked this place as it really is a 10 minute walk to Beamish museum. The accommodation was clean tidy and the staff were friendly pleasant and polite.

We had a wonderful meal for £5. An open wood fire and friendly staff. I had Yorkshire Pudding , mince and veg and was surprised at the quality of this home cooked meal.
