Very conveniently located, food is decent, buffet only. The staff is nice too. But the room although large is not well maintained and Windows looks loosen. Wifi is only available in the lobby and it is super slow, with a lot mosquitos around,

Kushinagar is a small town that is the place where Lord Buddha died. There are two separate attractions and many temples, which are all within easy walking distance of the Lotus Nikko. The hotel clearly exists for pilgrims, and most, if not all, of the guests in the hotel were people on group pilgrimage tours. The rooms at this hotel...

Best hotel in this area.. Pls make your reservations early. Great food optiins and clean rooms. Deserted area hence dont waste time looking for places here. Make an online reservation prior to arriving so that you could save time negotiating at the front desk.

an important place where Lord Buddha preached his last sermon, miles off the tourist track so lucky to find an adequate hotel; nicely manicured gardens, vast room, soulless but....more time spent on the topiary than on the internal decoration!

Both sides about 10mins walking distance. It's a very old hotel. The room is huge, separated shower and toilet rooms but again, aged, expecting water...

Pawan and Sharma gave us a great service in 1st Floor restaurant. Free wifi and printout facilities available. Just a km away from the main temple. Can recommend...

We stayed two nights at the Lotus Nikko on a small, private tour arranged through the Lotus Nikko company. It is a large hotel set in beautifully maintained gardens behind a manned security gate. The rooms are enormous in size because they were originally designed for multiple occupancy by pilgrims but are now let as standard hotel rooms. Everything in...
