My sister and I stayed in the "Lower Tower" at Ardbrecknish House, Loch Awe, for a week. The room was very cosy with good facilities and a nice view of the loch from our lounge. The staff were very friendly and there was always a good atmosphere in the bar. Staff and locals were always eager to suggest points of...

Loved it!! Only stayed two nights and one full day (although we know the area well) and felt like we had been for a week. Stayed in the Upper Tower for 2 nights. Brilliant accommodation for four people (2 adults, 2 children) and one Labrador! Although slightly dated carpets and bathroom suite (but let's be honest, with two children and...

My multi-family, multi-generation group of 12 had an amazing time at Ardbrecknish House this August. We stayed in the West Wing and in the Upper Tower and both spaces were lovely, clean, and comfortable. We especially liked the large table in the West Wing, which easily accommodated our whole group for family meals, and the comfy couches in the West...

If you're looking for a self catering facility with basic amenities Ardnrecknish House is a good place to be. Waking up to awesome views of Loch Awe and the castle is very relaxing. There is a small pub onsite and they offer basic pub fare. Basic food but good quality. One thing to note - no wifi (at the time...

My partner & I spent 4 nights in the Harness room. It was absolutely spotless and very cosy. The staff and owners are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The views are breath taking. We enjoyed a day fishing on the Loch. There are lots of beautiful walks. Cannot recommend highly enough. So looking forward to going back.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and found the rooms/flats well appointed, clean and well maintained. The owners and staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location is great - beautiful views and a great spot to base yourself from while exploring this beautiful part of Scotland. The food in the restaurant is great, and there's a handy bar...

We had a wonderful family holiday overlooking Loch Awe and Ben Cruachan. The view from the living room window was fantastic. Every night around 7.45 we saw deer. The Summer Wing was comfortable and spacious enough for our group, 6 adults and 3 children. Kilchurn Castle is worth a visit, some of the party went on a hire boat and...

Ardbrecknish House is located in the middle of nowhere with most spectacular, breath-taking views on Scottish Highlands. We stayed in apartment for 9. It was very spacious and very comfortable. Everything you can possibly need from your holiday rental. Our family spent this year Hogmany out there, we had tons of fun at the ceilidh dance, met so many friendly...
