My wife and I went to the restaurant on the 21/8/2015. My wife is gluten intolerant and this was not a problem for the chef, who was very accommodating. We both decided on the salmon and dill terrine to start and it was delicious. For mains, I had sea bass which was good and my wife had pork fillet wrapped...

We were married at this wonderful hotel in December 2014. Everything was perfect. Beautiful venue, excellent food and exceptional service. We stayed two nights and our room was superb and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in our room and was delicious as was the Sunday carvery. Thank you to all the staff and especially Mr Jenkins the manager & Sheldon,...

Stayed for weekend break and loved every minute. The welcome from the receptionist was friendly and she made us instantly feel welcome. Had food in the trubshaws restruant the first night and the food was impeccable and service faultless! Every need asked for was met. The staff in the spa were helpful and friendly and nothing seemed too much bother....

Stayed two nights at the Diplomat this week. We were very pleased with our room. The bed was very comfortable. There were two comfy chairs for us in the room and the television had plenty of channels. Bathroom had a bath with an overhead shower and the bath towels were extra large. The only noise we heard was that of...

Visited here as a group, became disappointed as soon as we arrived. Due to us never being here as the website states, we expected a tour but sadly we were just pointed to the changing rooms.no big deal but would have been nice!! I had a massage which was very good and have no complaints about it other than the...

Had a great trip to the hotel, staff were very accommodating, especially as I brought a dog! Food was nice but generally overpriced by a few pounds. For breakfast a varied collection of fruit, pastries and cooked food. Bathroom needs updating and was a little unclean. Would stay again!
