Thank you for an amazing welcome and room facilities. Tons of thoughtful touches in the room (Fruit and tea tray, home made cake, night cap tipples, toiletries replenished, free wifi) and an immaculately clean and beautifully decorated room make this place highly recommended. The B and B is friendly yet very professional, a slick set up run by clearly experienced...

My friend and I spent a night here during a trip to Wales and can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Helen and Steve were wonderful hosts, even offering us tea and cake on our arrival (and then packing us some cake to take away for our travels the next day!). They made us feel so at home, which...

We stayed here on a recent trip to visit family, we had a warm welcome with tea and home cooked cake and the smell of freshly baked bread which was lovely after a long drive. The rooms are all well presented and clean with some lovely home comforts, nothing was too much trouble. We all enjoyed a homecooked breakfast before...

This is one of the best Bed and Breakfast I have had the pleasure to stay in. The cleanliness is first class but what makes this place special is the couple who run it. From the moment you step foot over their threshold the wonderful welcome begins: From the automatic tea and a slice of home made cake served immediately...

We found this little gem as we needed a place to stay whilst going to a party in Crosshands (about 10 mins away). Steve & Helen were fantastic hosts - so warm and welcoming. The house itself is lovely and the room/bathroom spotless. We had a very comfortable stay, the breakfast was amazing and the atmosphere really relaxed & friendly....

I stayed for almost 3 weeks (18 nights in total), for work related reasons and I have had an excellent stay. The location was fantastic for me, a large house essentially, nestled into a very rural area of Wales in a stunningly picturess landscape. I opted for the most basic package/room which was simply a room for 1 with breakfast....

Sadly we only stayed here for one night and we wished we could have stayed longer. Helen ( owner) was extremely friendly and helpful, her home was extremely clean and presented to an extremely high specification. To find the B&B you have to go down a private country track/ lane and you may worry you have made a wrong turn,...

Just come home from two nights staying with Helen & Steve and felt we were leaving lovely friends! From the moment we arrived (kettle straight on and the famous lemon drizzle out) until we left this morning (armed with more scrumptious lemon drizzle!) nothing was too much trouble. We traveled with brother and sister in law so were happy to...

We have just returned from a 2 day break. If my husband and I could rate this establishment 10 out of 10 we would. From the first minute we arrived we were greeted as though we were returning guests, although this was our first visit. Breakfast was superb, hospitality second to none, during the day Helen made us tea and...
