It has to be said that this the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Everything is delightful and so very comfortable. It has to the B&B that all other should be judged against as nowhere quite meets the standard encountered here.

Very friendly welcome from Anna the owner, with pot of tea and homemade cake. Spotlessly clean but homely and very cosy. Attention paid to the smallest details for the guests' comfort. Lovely cooked vegetarian breakfast, with lots of choice, and healthy options. Only stayed the one night but could recommend this to anyone. Excellent value for money.

Stayed one night but would have been longer if not for the fact this is a gem of a place and I can understand how popular it is. Very clean, very roomy and Anna cannot do enough to welcome you into her fantastic bed and breakfast. Will definitely stay at this place again.

This is one of if not the best guest houses I have stayed in, Anna is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. The rooms are perfectly clean, no problems at all during our stay. Excellent value for money.

We stayed at the Rose Garden as part of our Cleveland Way Walk. Despite arriving a bit damp after getting wet on our walk we were given a really warm welcome with tea and cake-which was just what we needed! Our room was excellent with en suite facilities and a wonderful array of toiletries for visitors to use. Anna was...

Very warm welcome from Anna. Supplied with tea and home made cake on arrival. Rooms amazing, Anna has great taste in furnishings, room large and airy, bathroom nearly as large as some rooms I'v stayed in. Food good. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Saltburn,
