From pulling up in the car park and seeing the view things just continued to be fabulous. Attentive but not over pushy staff. Reasonably priced drinks. Lovely food..again reasonably priced in a perfect setting. Beautiful view from the dining room. Stunning view from our room. Elegant touches in the building. Comfortable bed. Hot water in abundance. And... to top it...

Staff were polite and friendly, room was large and warm and the view excellent. Just one problem - seemingly none of the showers in the hotel work properly - you'll either be scalded or frozen to death. It was the same in all three rooms our party occupied, ranging from 5 PM to 3 AM and again the next day....

Had a fab time, well organised and as I'm gluten free and had a different meal to everyone else, there was a lady standing next to me making sure I got the correct meal, everything about the day was fab, even the storm didn't spoil it. Rooms were lovely, and breakfast too and the hotel has some amazing views over...

Great location, nice hotel, all staff were excellent. Emily? Reception staff and Jack were exceptional. See you again in August. Only fault is, rooms on second floor all windows are to high which spoil the view.

I have stayed at the Spa in Saltburn on several occasions over the past few years, both on my own and with my wife. It is a small pleasant hotel and it has been great to see the continuous programme of modernisation and improvements carried out by the family owners. Full credit goes to them as the hotel is warm,...

We stayed over after friend's wedding. Room was good size with fab view of the coast. Room was clean and tidy. Good sized tv. Bar had good choice of drinks. I didn't sleep well as bed was really hard however, my friend who stayed in a different room loved the hard bed! The bed frame also squeaked a lot- just...

Our stay in The Spa Hotel was okay. The staff are incredibly professional, polite and offer a very warm welcome. The food is excellent from a varied but not overly fussy menu. The Hotel however really needs a makeover. Our room was warm but tatty, worn carpets, paint peeled window frames that dripped with condensation. The bathroom was certainly below par....
