We've just arrived home from our daughters wedding weekend at the Spa. We couldn't fault anything during our stay. The food at the wedding 'breakfast ' ,the evening reception and breakfast was all delicious and plentiful . Our room was of a high quality with all the usual amenities. Finally we couldn't praise all the staff enough for their hard work,...

We didn't stay at the hotel, but our family called here for drinks throughout the week of our stay in Saltburn, and have to say that we were made to feel extremely welcome, including our labrador, who was fussed and given a free dog biscuit every time we went in. The bar and snug area are lovely to sit and...

We booked Sunday lunch at The Spa Hotel as it was my wife's birthday. I was promised a sea view in Conservatory but this was not possible on arrival- we were put in a corner next to a large group instead. It was a very cold day outside but there appeared to be no heating in the room. Lots of...

Stopped for a cup of tea and scone. Great that dogs are allowed in one part of the hotel. Lovely pot of Yorkshire tea and scone. Staff are lovely. Area we were sat was very comfortable with large arm chairs and a beautiful view. Would recommend and will most definitely be going again.

We drove 200 miles to my Aunts wedding on Monday. We arrived at the hotel at lunchtime with my elderly father in a wheelchair. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The reception was held in a lovely room upstairs, again we were given lots of assistance with my father on the stairlift. The room had a lovely view...

The hotel location is wonderful. The food is amazing, four of us ate there Saturday night, all of us where happy with the meals but very slow in delivery. Waited 1.5 hours before getting our order. Our room 17 was dog friendly. Very old fashioned and sadly they didn't cover the basics. The bathroom toilet was dirty and the room...

We ate here with the family to celebrate my husband's birthday. There was a good choice of menu and the staff were very friendly. I had steak which was cooked just right. The food was very good as was the service. It was unfortunate that even though it was a Saturday night there were no other diners in the restaurant,...
