This is an absolutely fabulous place to stay! The villas are spacious, very clean and offer a great deal of privacy. Everything you could possibly need is provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The pool is impressively large, and the views from the property are breathtaking, adding to the overall serene atmosphere.
A nice touch is that towels are refreshed mid-week, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The location is perfect—only 20 minutes from Paphos and just a 10-minute drive to Coral Bay, so you're close to plenty of attractions and dining options. Peyia Beach is just down the road, and I highly recommend snorkelling there, as the waters are crystal clear and full of marine life.

We recently stayed at Azzurro holiday villas in Paphos and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The villas are located in a convenient and scenic area, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions.

A lovely villa for a family holiday. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend. The manager Harry is very attentive and approachable and will sort any issues out without a fuss. Having your own pool was a bonus especially with having pool lights allows you to have a relaxing swim late into the evening. We stayed in Villa 8 and are looking at returning next year.

This is by no means a luxury Villa. When we arrived the Villa had not been cleaned properly. Nothing had been maintained, many things were broken and never got fixed while we there for two weeks including the downstairs air conditioning, the fridge and a missing shower door. The pool was not clean until we complained and then they only cleaned it twice whilst we were there. All the bathrooms had mould on the ceiling, the master bathroom’s shower unit was broken and the double bed was so uncomfortable and cheap so much so we went and bought a mattress topper and that still made no difference. The hot tub was rusty and dirty and they had the nerve to charge € 70 to fill it with cold water. The toilet brushes were so disgusting, we demanded they changed them and all they did was clean them with bleach. All Harry the manager did was constantly make excuses and say the owner would not pay for anything to get fixed or replaced. Definitely not worth the money we paid to stay there and certainly does not live up to the description.

Dear positivepath Thank you very much for staying with us and for the time taken to send us your feedback. It is however truly unfortunate to read that you had an overall disappointing experience, and found many aspects unsatisfactory. We regretted to learn that we did not impress you with some of our services and we extend our deepest apologies for any inconveniences you might have experienced. Because your comments are now available for everyone to read and you challenged us to reply, we are obliged to do so: All villas are maintained and never had any complaints from many guests visiting Azzurro. For the air conditions, we do charge extra in the living room and Kitchen. I never did charge you because I wanted you to enjoy your holidays. I did mention to you that all doors must be closed for the air conditions to actually do their jobs due to the extremely hot and humid climate of Cyprus. Instead, I had seen the balcony door open while the air conditioning was on, several times. That is why your air conditions started dripping water. Regarding the fridge, I brought you another one during your stay, and the shower door has been fixed on the second day of your stay. Regarding the pools, my maintenance team clean all pools early the mornings, and regarding your pool we did an extra cleaning per day. Additionally, my maids and maintenance team excessively cleaned all your bathrooms, especially the ones that you requested, which had mould, for which you thanked me in person. Regarding the beds, those beds are what we have in all villas and never got any complaints from other guests. The Jacuzzi we keep always clean before guests arrive, no matter if they used it or not. If you wanted a Jacuzzi I would arrange it, but you haven’t asked! All toilet brushes had been replaced in all villas in April. Despite that, I bought new brushes for you even if they were new, only to keep you satisfied. Regarding me, I had never mentioned to you that the owner is not willing fixing any damages. In fact, he is more than willing to accommodate any requests from his customers, so again your comment is not truthful. Overall, we regret to say that we found your comments vindictive. We feel very sorry that you have had such a terrible time at our Villa. We are very proud however that up until now, the majority of our Guests feel exactly the opposite and this is why they have been voting us as great resort. As you may be able to see from other reviews on TripAdvisor, doesn’t reflect our standards and services. For the issues where we do have inadequacies, we would like to assure you that they will be acted upon and used to improve the products and service we provide to our guests in order to maintain our high standards.

Villas were advertised 4 star but were nowhere near Showers were cruddy cockroaches on arrival. Tui 24/7 were useless and no one turned up from the destination team although I requested them. Hot tub not working no table tennis table no videos as no uk satellite either. Complained to tui who insulted me with their offer of compensation. Apparently I was told if I don't feel its enough I can't escalate it within tui I have to go to the small claims court or sue them there's a nice customer approach. What with both flights delayed seats altered. My advice use another tour operator as that's what I will do in future.

We have just come back from Azzurro villas Athena no 8 , not sure what the other villas where like but this one is most certainly not a 4star villa as advertised by tui, firstly we arrived late no beds where made up on arrival and it’s shown and advertised as 2 twin rooms and a double , there where no twin rooms, and the furniture was not as advertised in fact it looked like it had new beds in and the bedside tables had gone and replaced by tiny iron things and not dressing table of any sort. The bathrooms where only a 2 star in my opinion the showers are disgusting limescale on the shower head shower door that wouldn’t close shower curtain that didn’t even reach the floor mildew round the bottom of the shower. Outside the hot tub was just water no chemicals in it to keep it clean, and the cats were drinking out of it. The so called grass area was just dirt and loads of cigarette butts all over it, and a broken sun bed and only one brolly between 6 beds, this is not what I call a 4star property.

Booked with TUI and this Villa is advertised as a 4 star on their brochure and all I can say to anyone is do not book it, in its day it probably was a nice villa but as it is now it’s not looked after and it’s starting to show. First thing they should do is remove the hot tub out from the garden because it’s an absolute mess. The place looks like it’s had a slight update with the painting inside but it also looks like it’s been painted by a child, the cooker in the kitchen is damaged the tray in the fridge is damaged, air con unit is held together with sticky tape and plasters the cleaners who get the place ready need to retrained on how to clean and the swimming pool is an absolute disgrace. TUI need to remove this from the options as a place to book.

My girlfriend and I decided to take our first couples holiday together and spent a great deal of time searching Air B and B for a villa with a hot tub, however while there was a hot tub, it was empty and out of action for the winter, which was very disappointing. The welcome pack in the apartment describes an atmosphere of decadence and luxury. The villa itself has many brilliant features and when they were opened over 10 years ago I'm certain that they were luxurious. Sadly now they are not, however for minimal expense and effort they could be, The bathroom tiles need to be re grouted as they are surrounded by mould. The shower screen was disgusting and poorly fitted so the bathroom became a swimming pool each time we had a shower. One of the shower heads was broken and the bed was really quite uncomfortable. The property would benefit from new mattesses and a little updating along with a good scrub. I would warn anybody expecting luxury to look elsewhere.

Absolutely loved our stay. Harry and Paula were so friendly, thanks so much for all your help. Lovely view of the sunset each night from the huge balcony. The pool was large, well worth taking inflatables if you like that kind of thing. Plenty of sunny and shaded areas. Aircon in the bedrooms was very effective. Recommend hiring a car. Would live to return.

The times you arriving late it is fine with us. We will sent you informations of a map and the villa house number a week before arriving. Food: We always put a welcome pack - in the Villas. The best way when you arriving stop at a KIOSK small mini market and get all the necessary things for the night. Next morning you could go the Supermarket that is 10 min. Driving from the Villas. YES the Jacuzzi is extra.

Hello from Azzurro Villas. It would be nice to rent a car for the few days. Are few restaurants near by. The NAMOS and a local Tavern, 10-15 min. walking distance.
For the bus stop is 10 min. walking. A big supermarket is 10 min. driving, things you need to buy for your kitchen cooking.
