This place is very dated but that adds to the charm . Fantastic views from our room over looking the sea . Rooms are large and keeped very clean by the cleaning staff (Tina) The room have free aircon which is needed has the room had the sun all day . Bed are large a little hard but fine. Salf catering area good got all you need for a basic meal. Down side the bath room was very dated . Bath had a over head shower with shower curtain . Shower worked well always hot water. Not very big if you are on the larger side . The bath was unusable has it had been painted and a large area of paint had chipped way . Cheap plastic toilet seat which often came off. The pool and garden areas are very well kept clean and very peaceful . Plenty of sun beds . Pool bar restaurant with a large choice of snicks and drinks . Staff very polite but food and drink on the expensive side . Nothing going on in the hotel in the evening .(which was nice added to the peace ) But if you wanted to go out you can you can jump on a bus and go to the strip for 2e each way or get an all day bus pass for 6.50e and go into pathos . 5 min walk out side the hotel is legends bar restaurant which has entertainment and sever very large meals. Down side to the hotel no were to have a shower for late flight only the pool area . Your have your room till 2pm and can pay to keep it on till 4 or 6. Hotel overall You get what you pay for and we were quit pleased and rested . If you want mod cons and noise all day around the pool it’s not for you . If it’s just peace and quit in a clean well keep place this is fantastic.
Main restaurant was good food 12e for a 3 course evening meal . Beach right in front of the hotel sun bed payable 7.50 e for 2 beds. Soft sand and good for kids a lot of people came to the beach for a day out so can be busy . Cliff top and cave walk just to the right of the beach is beautiful and worth a stroll.

Yes it’s dated but lush spacious apartment, beautiful views, easy access to the beach, friendly staff, and a great base for exploring. After reading some of the reviews I was slightly worried but when we checked in at 3am all went smoothly, and the apartment was adequate for a self catering stay. We got must shopping at Phillipos which is at the roundabout of the strip. Huge choice and able to cook meals in the oven and hob. Fridge was ok but freezer drawer was missing. A couple of things in the kitchen would have been better if there was more serving equipment for prepping a large salad bowl, a wooden spoon, and a colander. You get a tea towel, has to buy washing up liquid and sponge and a good tip to take zip lock bags for cooked meats and cheeses. Cleaners very quick. The bar area was lovely to watch the sunset and cosmi was a diamond. There are snacks like pizza and chips etc available and prices are very reasonable.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight and the staff were very helpful and offered to open the supermarket for us to buy essentials. The rooms are large and spacious, although the furniture is a little dated The location was perfect, and the bus station was within the hotel grounds. This enabled us to buy a €6.50 bus ticket each day and travel to the old town the harbour Coral Bay for the nightlife and up to the scenic ayios georgios where the views were amazing, and we had a lovely meal at the restaurant on the top overlooking the harbour We ate at the hotel three evenings for €12 each and it was exceptional value for money. There was a good variety of food Including starters, mains and desserts and you could eat as much as you like. The wine was reasonably priced for a hotel at €20 a bottle There is a nice pub that does food and supermarket within walking distance Coral Bay resort is only three stops away on the bus so quite easy to walk if you are fit The kitchen was adequate with four cooking rings and a fridge with a small freezer compartment The Aircon was free and very effective As we went in June, hotel was fairly quiet and we had a beautiful pool and amazing sea view and nice little walks around the beach All the stuff were very helpful and H gave us lots of advice on where to go Vanessa was a Jet2 rep and told us the best local restaurants and less touristy places to visit The hotel bar stuff, especially Georgiana were pleasant and knowledgeable. We would definitely return to this hotel due to the location and good value for money

As soon as you walk through the door, you are made to feel welcome, like family, not visitors
We visited over the UK half term and enjoyed a wonderful week of rest and relaxation, lovely food and the best service from a fabulous bunch of people.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view. 24 hrs reception with amazing staff to help. Great access to coral bay strip and Paphos with a bus service every ten mins. The beach is lovely and clean, right outside, and turtles were seen swimming in the bay on our stay.
Food in the hotel is lovely. Breakfast is a wide choice of foods, hot and cold. Evening meals are very reasonable and there is also a wide choice of salads and meats, which change every evening.
Rooms are cleaned to a high standard five times a week and the housekeeping staff are so helpful. All staff go out of their way to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
I know I have posted several reviews on this hotel previously, but my family have enjoyed coming here for over 25 years. There's a reason for it. Anthi and her family and Staff always ensure we have a wonderful holiday. Here's to next year

We had a brilliant stay at this lovely family run hotel. We were there for 18 nights, and as we use to live near there and had lots of people to see, it was the ideal location. From the first greeting to the last, the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful, we ate a couple of nights in the restaurant and the food is great value. Any information on where to go, what to do, book taxis etc, just ask at reception and they will readily give it. There is a nice pool area with bar and restaurant, and ample sun loungers and shades. There is a small supermarket on site too. The room we were in 317, had 2 large rooms, 1 with bed which we found comfortable and there is aircon which used on small setting will keep you cool through night, and 1 with small but decent kitchen with cooker and fridge, and the balcony also is very big, with table and 4 chairs, with beautiful sea views, cleaned 5 times a week, there is a safe, for which there is a small charge, enough sockets to satisfy most, we never looked at the tv, so no idea about that. Yes, as stated in previous reviews, the Corallia Beach is a little dated and needs some refurbishment, but it is full of old Cypriot charm that doesn't need to be lost. As it was June, it is still relatively quiet, the hotel doesn't have entertainment, but there is plenty outside on Coral Bay Avenue, like Chalkies, Zentas or Kikkos, or closer by at Legends, Frog and Toad and Breeze. If you take the 616 bus, you can go to Peyia where there are numerous places to eat or drink, Haris Bar is excellent for breakfast and has entertainment, The Brewery too, further up the hill, there is plenty more. The 615 runs till very late down to Tombs of the Kings, you do now need to get a 2nd bus to the harbour, which is packed with bars and restaurants. We had a car for 14 of the 18 days, but booked it 6 months before, very cheap, if you hire it later, it can be expensive. The Jet2 rep was never seen from airport till we left, so do plenty of research beforehand and it'll be a better experience. Should we ever return to Cyprus, this little gem will be our base. Yiamas

We received a warm welcome with glass of lemonade even though we arrived at midnight. Apartment spacious and as other reviews suggested, basic. Kitchen, okay. We hired a microwave for the week and bought a frying pan. Woke up to the most amazing view overlooking pool and sea. Although early in the year, the temperature of the sea and pool was bearable…chilly but not too cold. Bus service convenient. We went into Paphos, the Paphos UNESCO Heritage site well worth a visit. We also had a land and sea trip with Jimmys jeeps which made for an unforgettable experience. Hired a car later in the week to enjoy a trip into the Troodos mountains…spectacular scenery. This was our first trip to Cyprus and we loved it. Other than Sunday lunch we did not eat at hotel but meals seemed reasonably priced and every morning we received a menu for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Sheets weren’t changed during the week but we did get fresh towels, bins were emptied and room tidied. Very enjoyable stay.

Receipt We were welcomed in an approximate manner, as in the world guests are accompanied to their room or at least have their luggage carried. Here, however, in addition to having changed the type of room booked without consent, we are given the keys and approximate information on where the room is located. During the stay, after having pointed out various problems, instead of solving the problem, the reception staff always responded in an annoyed and arrogant manner. Obviously no problem ever solved.
Room As mentioned before, we had booked a room and instead they gave us an apartment with the following problems: air conditioning insufficient to cool the rooms, making it impossible to sleep given the humid heat of the room. Cleanliness at the limit of decency. Stained bathtub. Only 1 power socket and in the kitchen. So as not to be able to put mosquito traps in the bedroom (obviously we were eaten by mosquitoes for 1 week).
Breakfasts Given 95% of English tourists, breakfast is focused on their habits. In practice dozens of types of tea but only 1 type of coffee (no cappuccino, caffe latte, chocolate or any other hot drink found in any machine in any hotel in the world)
On the other hand, if you need a cigarette, the girl at the bar will be able to help you, considering that she is always lurking in the back smoking and to ask for anything you will have to wait 20 minutes.
Restaurant Even though we booked half board with drinks included, they still charged us for drinks.
The meat isn't bad but nothing special. The honey cakes are inedible, first time between Greece and Egypt that I can't eat them. Unworthy.
The service is rushed. They take your dirty plate away while you're still chewing. How anxious!!!
On the other hand, it is the first time I have seen waiters and kitchen staff take food during service and eat in front of the guests.
Other The hotel description stated that the property had a private beach and equipment included in the package and a beach bar. In reality the beach is managed by others and we had to pay for deckchairs and umbrellas and there was no sign of the bar. The response from the reception: but there is a bar by the pool. Which of course is a long way from the beach.

The location for this hotel is amazing, right on the beach just on the outskirts of Coral Bay with a bus-stop right outside. The pool area was lovely but the pool did not have any safety rail to get in and out and some of the sunbeds available were covered in mould. The hotel is very dated and in serious need of TLC and some money spending on it. We were 'upgraded' on arrival, however the apartment was grubby, with rust and limescale around the bathroom sink, taps bath waste, taps and overflow plus the bath was full of black marks! There was only one electrical socket in the bedroom and 2 in the living area so we spent a lot of time juggling electrical items. Our fridge was missing the door shelves and the front to the ice box so didn't work very well. The air-con was almost non-existent and the controller was missing a lever so could not be altered. The website stated that a hairdryer was available in every room, I had to wait 3 days before one became available as they did not have enough. There should have been complimentary toiletries, however these did not materialise. We could not use the sofas in the living area as they were stained and we almost fell through the first time we sat down. Thankfully we only stayed B&B as the breakfast was passable but certainly not amazing. I would like to say that the dining room and bar staff were great, very polite and helpful. It was such a shame as the hotel has the potential to be fantastic, it probably was back in the day

Most northern end of Paphos, buses into Paphos every 10min from carpark opposite hotel but to get to centre or harbour you need to change at Tomb of Kings. Day ticket is 6.5€. Lovely beach in front of hotel. Not many bars nearby, main "strip" 20min walk but currently a massive building site. Porto Antico restaurant is a short walk up the coast, upmarket but excellent. Nearest bar/restaurant Legends is ok, Brewhouse next door has some interesting local ales. Both next to nearest supermarket which covers the basics. Phillipos Hypermarket 30min walk (5min car) cheaper and better choice . Check out the local archaeological museum Archaeological Site of Maa - Palaeokastro free and very interesting (and looks like an alien spaceship!)
Hotel
A little dated but generous rooms clean and tidy very comfy bed kitchenette decently equipped kettle hob and oven toaster but no microwave. Large bathroom with bath, water pressure in shower keeps you on your toes!
Food
Signed up for a week's breakfast at €5 per day, absolute bargain. Full English buffet plus all the usual cereals fruit yogurt etc.
Dinner €12 per night or €10 per night for a week's worth. Very good value and decent quality, due to the lack of alternatives we ate in a lot. My wife is vegetarian and was happy with the choice.
Overall
Quiet location, friendly staff, clean comfortable hotel, exactly what you'd expect for the money.

My own experience and findings - We stayed at Corellia Beach Hotel Apartments in July 2024, booked through Jet2, and were left extremely dissatisfied. Having traveled frequently for over 30 years, we’ve never encountered such poor standards. It's taken me months to recover both emotionally and physically.
The apartment (Room 118) was a disappointment from the start. The sea view we paid extra for was instead a view of the restaurant roof, and the room itself was in disrepair. From broken appliances to dirty fixtures, the state of the room was appalling and unacceptable. After complaining, we were moved to Room 221, which still had several issues and offered only a partial sea view and a view of the car park, despite our booking of a sea view.
The hotel grounds were no better, with stained sun loungers, dirty pool drains, and generally unkempt areas. Safety concerns were evident; and as a result I sustained an horrible injury requiring A & E treatment and several stitches.
To make matters even worse, key amenities such as Wi-Fi were not provided as advertised, impacting our ability to work. (This has since been amended and wording changed to state it's only available in reception). We also encountered misleading information about sea view charges, being told that a direct sea view is €40 more each day!
Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and improvements, and I would definitely not recommend it to others.
