Nestled on the beachfront, the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort boasts stunning views and easy access to local attractions, a detail often highlighted by guests. While the resort's cleanliness and friendly staff consistently earn praise, opinions on the rooms and amenities are mixed, with some calling out the need for updates despite enjoying the spaciousness and views. The vibrant atmosphere may be too lively for those seeking quiet, but it's part of the hotel's traditional charm. As for value, guests are divided, with some finding it reasonable and others questioning the cost relative to their experience.

Very pleasant stay in all inclusive in this hotel... A small abbreviation on the menu of drinks and cocktails tells you what you are entitled to for free... There is a choice...Almost at any time of the day there is a place where you can drink and eat... There are indeed several bars and several restaurants of which the main one is reserved for buffets of the mornings, noon and evenings... All the buffets are varied, good, concocted among others with different local products... you have to be difficult not to find your happiness... In the morning you can even enjoy an orange juice, a real one, with the real good oranges of the country... And the waiters, all very kind, abound in the restaurant room... The room was decent, USB sockets were installed under the nightstand for charging your phone.. Free Wi-Fi, no code... For electrical outlets you will need an adapter “English sockets”... In the bathroom I did not see a hairdryer but with the sun and heat, men at least should not be too embarrassed by this absence...
The entertainment team, led by Fernando, is keen to be pleasant and will show you around the hotel explaining all the existing entertainment, parties, Spa, gym, children's games, etc... Do not hesitate to contact him for any information and any problems.
Other information:
If you need a DIY there is a supermarket in front of the hotel... You will also find postcards and stamps.. There is also a car rental (not tested) Specificity of the rental cars the license plates are red so that we can better locate you because, be careful, you will have to drive on the left with a priority on the right... The unleaded 95 was 1.43 € against 1.82 € at the pump of my store Carrefour ... there is no toll on the highways ..
The bus passes in front of the hotel... To visit the site of the tombs of the kings take the 615 to the terminal then 5 minutes on foot retrace your steps 2 € / person for each trip... To go to Kato Paphos take the 615 to the terminal then the 618 which will drop you off at the feet of the site (ask the driver) .. Take a one day ticket It will cost you €6.50 which will allow you to take as many buses as you want during the day...
I wish you a good stay, you should not be disappointed...

Went for 10 days in July 2024 with daughters aged 18 and 16 and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are all so friendly and work so hard and seem to be there every day! We arrived in the early hours of the morning because our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Someone came to greet us off the coach and helped carry our luggage to the room. They had sandwiches, crisps and fruit waiting for us.

Connecting rooms were comfortable and it was nice to have the mini bar in the room and as all inclusive this was re-stocked every 7 days. It meant you could keep bottles of water cold at all times.

Sun beds round the pool were taken up quickly but if you asked the pool attendants they made sure they would find some for you, big thanks to Joel who would sort us out with sun beds and umbrella.

I loved the location right on the beach and we used to go there for a swim in the afternoon as it was refreshing as the pool got too warm. There are actives right there so we went on jet skis and the crazy shark. Staff from the sun and fun scuba diving team offered free trials in the pool and my husband and daughter the paid for scuba diving lessons which they thoroughly enjoyed.

I went to the hotel spa and had a wonderful pedicure by Lina and the best full body massage by Laila.

Food in the hotel is of the highest standard and I liked the themed nights. The best food however was at the pool bar and we ate there everyday. Head waiter Nicos works so hard and is so friendly. All staff worked hard to provide entertainment around the pool and then during the evening. Big shout out to Aaron who served us great cocktails. We loved lounging by the pool and when it got too hot you could sit at sun beds on the grass facing the sea. There was a beach bar serving cocktails also.

We went on a trip to the blue lagoon to go snorkelling which is definitely worth a visit

We had such a good time and will definitely go back. Must mention the bar manager who helped us when my daughter was unwell and also Sofia who never stopped clearing glasses by the pool

Never in all the time of going on holiday have I been to a hotel as bad as this 4* is a joke more like well I couldn’t give it any stars the room was never cleaned the bedding was not changed the full 7 days we was there and that no lie as the mark was still there till the day we checked out no mattress protectors and pillows was dirty and smelled had to use the towel every night to bare to sleep on the bed that is one thing that did get changed every day .the fridge was broken and leaking so the draws underneath was black mouldy and wet though We was on 3rd floor and I had to hold my breath from lift to our room as the carpet was that dirty and smelled horrendous with food all over .The bathroom was never clean and the tiles was cracked and broken and bath stained. the food was awful and waiting for a drink we went without as they took so long getting it from bar the 2 nights we eat in there which in the end we went with out and they wear blue gloves which are covered in food and then went and got us a drink of water holding the neck of the jug which ended up covered in food that was the last straw we eat out the rest of the holiday staff was rude and made out they couldn’t understand you when asking for anything the men who was dressed like the manager was telling staff of in front of us and mimicking the receptionist and bulling her basically. the indoor pool was taped off and the shower room the shower was broken. Can’t comment on entertainment as we spent as little time as possible in the hotel. The beach is a lie the photo on their website must be a fake as we did go to have a look just over grown trees rubbish and pipes and few sunbeds.the entrance hall looks clean until u try to sit on the sofa which as dirty and smell and also the toilet are dirty too. Coral bay beach and the village , pubs and restaurants are amazing lovely and lovely people they made our holiday if it wasn’t for that escape I holiday would of been unbearable we went out in morning for breakfast and beach came back to changed and back out till 2 so we spent as little of possible in the hotel from hell

One week stay at the Coral Beach Hotel.
As for the hotel is superb the rooms are very well maintained and comfortable.
For the Coralia team present on site they are rather discreet but organizes some evenings during the stay (white evening, tasting of Cypriot wine.
Regarding the excursions we booked with Alexandra present at the hotel for visits in French.
We encountered some difficulties for which escursions (cancelled at the last moment or moved at the last moment).
We recommend staying in this beautiful hotel with its staff really close to the holidaymakers, the hotel cook is perfect his dishes are really excellent.
Swimming pool and sea side available both are rather easy to access and clean for my pool and some seaweed to re-enter the sea.
I would like to thank Coralia and all the hotel staff for an excellent stay

What an odd place with odd policies - it's not very customer friendly and doesn't trust its customers!
We stayed at Coral Beach for five nights - Saturday to Thursday - and won't be recommending it.
I don't drink alcohol and we don't eat lunch, but just thought it would be easier to try the all-inclusive option, so we asked if we could have fully inclusive for three days: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. We weren't due to be at the hotel on the Wednesday and were leaving on the Thursday. "No, you can't do that."
Apparently, if you want all-inclusive, you have to include the last two days - including the day you're leaving. Why? It's a matter of trust, apparently. And this hotel doesn't trust its guests - I was told that by one of the management team. An example I was given: too many two-week guests were going all-inclusive for the first week, then pretending they were still all-inclusive for the second week. Surely a fault in the hotel systems, then? "We have to work within a framework," the general manager told me. There was no budging.
So we went half board and tried to book into the fine dining restaurant one evening. "No, you can't do that." Apparently, it's only available for all-inclusive guests!
We were invited to a party in the hotel one evening and then, after the event, charged €35 each by the hotel to attend - to cover the cost of drinks as we weren't all-inclusive! What? I took my own bottle of water and my wife had one glass of Prosecco that she was offered when we arrived. Eventually, after much arguing, the hotel waived that charge.
Our room with a Mountain View? Take a look at the picture: the mountain is there somewhere – behind the car park, the coach (constantly turning up day and night, and leaving their engines on), supermarket over the road and the trees. Our room was clean, but very tired - the bathroom looked especially care worn.
Elsewhere, the hotel was very crowded with a dash to put towels on sun loungers in the morning necessary to reserve a spot! Breakfast was plentiful but bland - and that pretty much summed up all the food.
We expected better - from the facilities and the management. We'd hoped to have been treated like valued customers by the reception team and management, but they obviously haven't read the hospitality handbook. We felt like an inconvenience as we didn't fit their one-size fits all customer policies. It's a shame as many of the serving staff were delightful.
This hotel claims to be a five-star hotel. It's not. Three stars at best by my rating.

Me and my husband stayed at Coral beach for 4 nights at the beginning of November. We had the best time and can’t recommend this hotel enough!
We were in block B, very close to the reception. The room was clean, neat and tidy, with a view of the sea and the gardens. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had in a hotel, so we slept really well. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, which were replaced daily, and slipper and a bathrobe which was a nice touch.

There is free wifi in the hotel, that had fantastic reception all over the hotel, even down by the beach! We’ve stayed at many large hotels that advertise free WiFi, but the reception was always very hit and miss, but the WiFi at Coral Beach was spot on.

We stayed on a half board basis, so we had breakfast and either lunch/dinner included each day. The hotel allow you to pick each day whether you want to have lunch or dinner, which was nice as it gave us flexibility each day. The food was really really good! There was a good variety each day and always fresh grilled fish or meat available. Always hot and well cooked, and very tasty. Everything was very well labelled so you can see what allergens are in each dish. I have allergies (milk and egg) and the chef came out to speak to me and advise what was suitable, and even offered to make things especially for me, which was so lovely. I never struggled to find things to eat at lunch/dinner, however breakfast was not as easy, as many things were labelled as having dairy in, even the bacon and sausages. There was soya and almond milk, and vegan spreads so I was able to have toast or cereal, but it would’ve been nice to have a cooked breakfast.

The hotel grounds are really well kept, and the beaches are beautiful. There are two beaches for the hotel, and both are lovely, although we preferred the smaller beach as it was quieter. The beach itself was sandy but it was slightly pebbly as you went into the sea, so I’d recommend taking pool/beach shoes.

There are several restaurants close by, and a nice bar that serves food just across the road from the hotel entrance. Theres also a small supermarket that sells food, drinks, fresh bread and gifts and souvenirs. We ate at a local restaurant called Porto Antico, which is walkable from Coral beach hotel, and the food was amazing, so I’d definitely recommend trying there if you fancy an evening out.

The hotel has a great spa and gym. My husband used the gym each day and said it was well equipped. I used the spa and had a scalp massage which was heavenly!

We had such a great time at Coral Beach hotel and resort and definitely want to return again soon!

We booked this hotel as it offered AI, had 5* ratings, a good pool and beach location with different areas within the grounds.

On arrival it was obvious the hotel was very Cypriot but doesn’t in our opinion stand up to a 5* hotel.

The hotel is over 30-years old and whilst in some areas you can tell, it has worn well but it is very sprawling with random rooms not being used.

Rooms are slightly dated with things like the bathroom, wardrobe doors, hair dryer which was terrible ladies, the patio doors and the fridge making random noises throughout the night. AC only make on half way through the holiday.

Food wasn’t the best in the buffet. The breakfast was fine as the choices were enough to find something each day although we ended up eating out some nights despite being on AI as the al a carte restaurants, during the week stay, were only available twice as not everything was open, which was really disappointing. The best place was the pool bar food, which was amazing, which was confusing considering.

The alcohol and bar situation was strange too. AI to me means as such, everything is included but it wasn’t. Frozen cocktails round the pool were from a slush machine, you could only get premium drinks if you asked for them, which included mixers, who knew? and there was only the pool bar and lobby open during our stay, so not much choice.

Entertainment during the day was every half hour but the music that came with it round the pool was too loud and sometimes inappropriate for kids. Night entertainment was terrible, this needs more work.

As gym goers we went to see if but didn’t go, the range of weights and equipment didn’t suit us and the room was too hot, which was a shame so we opted for walking around the area.

I did complete a questionnaire during my stay and was asked to report to reception one day. A very nice Manager spoke to me and I explained all of the above and from that day the main staff members around the pool, lobby bar and restaurants knew who we were and we were treated differently, premium brands, bottles mixers and special wine in the restaurants, although they still couldn’t serve me a drink as they class a vodka and lemonade?? as a cocktail so take your own in from the bar.

Special thanks to Sofia round the pool for serving us everyday and George and his team at the pool bar.

Was it terrible, no.. would we go back, unfortunately not. Our 5* and expectations are clearly different to here

Just returned from an amazing 2 week holiday here. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean, really well positioned and has some great facilities. The food is the best we’ve had AI…. A huge variety in the buffet, excellent additional restaurants that were easy to book and could be used as often as you liked and great lunches in the pool bar. The drinks also had a huge range and apart from the wine, were good quality. The service in bars and restaurants was really efficient…. Immediately seen to a table, plates cleared quickly and drinks brought quickly and then constantly refilled! The rooms were a little dated in decor/furnishings, but were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed the most spectacular views from a peaceful corner of the top floor. We never had an issue getting 4 sunbeds and shade (even if we’d been out for the morning and we’re looking after lunch). The pool assistants are always on hand to bring out extras if required. Entertainment was quite low key but good and varied… we especially enjoyed the fire party on the beach! The private beaches were a bonus… the main one had quite a lot of weed unfortunately most of the days we were there, but the smaller one the other side of the harbour was nicer. Another unusual extra was the artists studio… Mario and his wife were so friendly and my teenage girls enjoyed a couple of lovely afternoons throwing and painting pots and painting pebbles (many other crafts available and prices very reasonable).

The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was the day of departure we were leaving late afternoon. I asked at reception if we could pay for a late check out a few days before and was told to come back on departure day and they’d sort something out. I asked at 8am and they told me nothing was available but we could book complementary rooms for a 30 minute slot to have a shower before we left. The only slot they had available was exactly 30 mins before our pick up time and when we got there the previous guests hadn’t returned the keys… after a bit of rushing around they found us keys and we had just under 20 minutes. The rooms were both awful…. Floors covered in water and dirty wet towels from previous guests and no clean ones. My daughters were given towels on asking but my husband and I had no time to ask and had to share a possibly clean hand towel. This was such a disappointing end to what had been an otherwise great stay…. The reception staff just didn’t seem bothered. Would still highly recommend though and want to say special thanks to waiter Demis, the pregnant lady on the beach bar and the lady with the bindi in the restaurant, all of whom were especially welcoming and kind!

Do not read any negative views!!!! This place is beautiful, so well managed. No stampede for sunbeds, large cushioned too. Great bar staff always remember you (and your drink) David Jass Nickolae George etc. Breakfast is amazing, freshly squeezed orange juice, pork sausage & bacon if you like also every fruit cereal bread’s yoghurt etc.
I’m an early bird and cleaners are everywhere it’s spotless, pool is warm and bit too warm in the afternoon so a cold dip in the sea is lovely. Walk left up the steps over to another stunning beach or right is nice too, lot of seaweed on ours. Pool atmosphere is perfect, music from 10 am but not booming! Aqua aerobics again not loud, quiet time after lunch then volleyball or water polo. Lunch at the pool bar is just about the best I’ve had. It’s table service and the choice of food is amazing!!! Booking A La Cartes is simple, 8 am till 5pm. No big ques Ritika very helpful girl, themed nights in buffet are fantastic so not nessesary to go in restaurants. Couple slides for children which are fun and games area. Our family room is huge with own sunbathing area and wrap around balcony, patio windows the length of the room which all open up. Bath with shower and a separate shower too. Lovely wardrobe area not it the bedroom with coffee facilities Great supermarket right across the road sells everything and few bars n restaurants if you need to venture out. Feels very safe too. Overall I’m being totally honest and hope it helps you to book. We’re here now Room 3714 sea view xxx
