Lovely relaxing holiday but hotel needs to do better, not as good as it was, been coming for some 20 years. Please sort problems so we visit you again in may. No milk in room, sunbeds so so uncomfortable, breakfast accident waiting to happen with hot drinks,tea and coffee should be served.No salt N pepper ? Restaurant N pool bar menu very limited no wonder hardly anybody is eating.Such a shame, should be so much better especially with upgrades.?? Hotel has a long way to go to become an upmarket hotel. Bathrooms updated, but rooms remain a little dated. Sun beds are uncomfortable (if you can even get on), guests allowed to play loud music around the pool and reserve beds which I feel lowers the tone! We found the breakfast okay, but nothing special, it’s help yourself and a bit busy.

Very well received by the reception staff. Room certainly not design but very well anyway, clean. Bedding to rethink. A superb sea view. Two outdoor pools and especially the very nice wellness area with indoor pool to warm up, with a Jacuzzi and hammam. The breakfast was great given that everything is homemade thanks to the cook the pasteis were so good a nice choice of breakfast. Hotel well located near Luz.

It was very quiet while we visited (except at breakfast). The bedrooms are ok but will depend on which you get. The outdoor pool is good if you have it to yourself. There's a pool bar & some non-poolside places to sit. The spa has indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. All are good except the indoor pool which is far too shallow for a tall person and seems a bit like a plunge pool. Breakfast was ok but it was busy/crowded. Hotel is next to a bus stop & short distance from a large Spar. The hotel is on a hill so can be more windy than the town.

Good hotel with great location, excellent rooms, but with some downsides, very weak breakfast, cold pool water. Before making the reservation I had asked the hotel (by phone) about the temperature of the pool. Spa staff nothing friendly.
