No you are literally overlooking the sea. The thing to bear in mind in Greece is that you can use any pool nearby. There's a great one next door at Phoenix Hotel around the corner at Tom and John center. Any pool in Tsilivi is open to use providing you buy drinks etc there. Look on Google satellite. There are loads.
