A beautiful, authentic hotel run by an adorable owner in an absolutely stunning and convenient location. We arrived in Corfu sadly to be disappointed by our booked accommodation, so we went looking around and are sooo glad we chose Hotel Elena. They made everything easy, the rooms were clean and looked out into a view of the ocean and dramatic cliffs that would never get old. The grounds were big, again clean, and the sun beds/pool area was spacious with a bar in walking distance. The food is lovely but if you want to nip out one or two nights there are 2 great little Taverna’s less than 5 mins away-and a handy little shop also less than 5mins walk. The owner is superb, extremely attentive and makes it his mission to make his guests happy - doing everything he could to make our stay incredible after our initial disappointment.....he succeeded. If you love relaxing, good food, authenticity, great location to drive around Corfu from (Corfu town 20mins) and super hospitality - Hotel Elena is for you.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Elena. The view from the balcony is stunning, particularly at sunset, the pool is well-maintained, the room itself was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay, and the food available here was just as tasty as the food at other restaurants we'd tried in the area. Contrary to what we'd seen in previous reviews, the family running this hotel were always happy to help and made our stay even more special. Thank you Kostas and Vassilis, we hope to see you again!

The rooms were idyllic, overlooking the Ionion sea. Before dinner we'd often spend our time sitting out on the balcony playing cards and watching the aweinspiring sunsets. The Hotel owners went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be. They were extremely helpful, in terms of giving advice on locations to visit or booking boats/ tours. We built a great bond with the family , and miss them dearly! The facilities are good, the pool was perfect to come back to after a day spent in the sea, with recliners overlooking the coastline. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who desires a retreat and an opportunity to unwind. Renting a car proved highly valuable, allowing us to scour the coastline for golden gems which otherwise would've proven difficult to come across. 10/10!

Nice hotel with a fantastic cleaning. However, the owner was not as fantastic, he is an aggressive and evil man that bully his guests and he hates children. He threw out two children's families with little babies on the street without any warning, the reason - the babies cried too loud?!! I will not receommend this hotel to any one, not even to my worst enemys (if i have any). I hope this hotel can be on a blacklist to not visit/book.

The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were clean, that’s about all the positive I can say. During my stay I witnessed countless arguments and fights between the family members that own and run the hotel. At the worst there was a bottle of water thrown across the table I was sitting at. I am just happy no one got hurt. The water stopped working at least 4 times. The boss at the hotel argued and yelled at people staying in the hotel. The boss was passed out on the sofa in the lounge more than once. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
