We spent a week at the Parkhotel Bellevue so we could go hiking and exploring this gorgeous region of the Dolomites. The hotel is right in the village of Dobbiaco, next to the train station. If your room is on the train station side, you can hear it, but the trains are not very frequent so this did not bother...

Being a little ocd, just about the most important thing to us in a hotel is cleanliness. This hotel is immaculate ! The hotel is well over 100 years old but this has not been used as an excuse for anything. A lovely seating area outside the front entrance leads into a nice entrance hall which shows off the hotels...

Thanks to the Fuchs family and their wonderful staff for a great stay last week. The hotel is run in a way that is characteristic of the best family businesses and nothing is too much trouble. The area is fantastic for walking and we were given great advice on the options - you can turn up without the backup of...

We had a lovely walking week at this family run hotel with Exodus holidays. It is scrupuously clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are all so friendly, thoughtful and helpful and the service is exceptional, it could not have been any better. The food was of a very high standard with a good varied choice for breakfast and an excellent...

We have just returned from a walking holiday and this hotel was our base. The staff were friendly and attentive. The holiday cost include break fast and evening meal. The breakfasts were varied with a good range of cereal, cold meats, cheeses and a large variety of breads and conserves. The evening meals were excellent with a help yourself salad...

Spent a week cross-country skiing here. The food was marvellous, the pool and spa facilities great for rejuvenating aching muscles, the staff friendly and helpful, and attentive to detail. We just had a 'standard' room - a pretty high standard, with 2 washbasins, a bidet and shower in the bathroom, a safe, and very comfortable beds. Each day at breakfast,...

Stayed here during our headwater walking holiday. We received a very warm welcome and surprised to discover, at our first dinner, they knew that we are vegetarian and were very helpful. The meals were very good although sometimes we were surprised by what we got because the English description needs improving in order to help you choose. We had a...

We came for one night as part of a hiking group but immediately fell for the hotel for its tranquility, cleanness, convenience and comfortable atmosphere. We came back again to stay for a whole week and can testify that this is THE place for anyone who wishes to spend his/ her summer in South Tyrol! The level of attention to...

I could not agree less with nfarmer13 recent review. The food was absolutely superb. The choice for breakfast was excellent and everything was well prepared and of really good quality, the selection and quality of the bread is wonderful. The evening meals were 6 courses so you did not need gigantic portions. I would truly say the food is 5...

Stayed there in July during some very hot weather (35 degs) which may cloud my judgement on certain things in this review BUT it's still an average hotel. Staff were all very nice although here were some who either didn't speak English or just had a smattering. Bedroom (we had a Junior suite) was roomy with good sized bathroom but...
