Found this place and made a reservation and prior to arrival I spoke with the owner for verification. For one thing he failed to mention the one room so called apartment has no living room as seen on the pics. He was using the same pics from his two bedroom apartment. Of course he corrected that. The place is very... More

This place is nestled in a local neighborhood. This is not a fancy type place but nice apartments. It is right on a beautiful beach that during the week is almost abandoned. We have stayed here twice and felt like we had the whole place to our selves. Lots of good food within walking distance. If you want to avoid... More

The hotel is in a largely run down area. We had difficulty with having water during our stay. It was intermittent. The stove in the apartment was not functioning.. thus not a full kitchen. The hot tub and pool water was cold. Additionally there were added taxes and fees once we arrived which was not part of the stated price,... More

Our first clue that we were going to be off the beaten path was when the cab driver at the cruise line docks had no idea where it was located and had to call the owner to ask. Once we crossed into Loiza from Ilsa Verde it was an eye opener about the neighbourhood and the state of the buildings... More

As far as I can see, this charming little place has only 5 rooms so that explains a lot, don't expect a hotel. Even though it's not far from the airport, good luck finding the place. PR 187 is not well marked and the signs for Beach Club are faded and not easy to see, especially in the dark. The... More

I cannot provide a review for this location becuase the owner CANCELLED our reservation (booked through Hotels.com) at 9:00 PM on New Year's Eve while we were driving to the hotel. The hotel contacted us during the day asking when we were to arrive, and we told them we were on a Ferry to Vieques Island for the day. We... More

We only stayed two nights but they were good. T he rooms are tiny but you have everything you need. There is air-conditioning, which we needed. The pool area is awesome, but you have to climb thru a fence to get to the boardwalk that runs along the beach. The beach is rocky andvery rough, not exactlygoodfor swimming. There are... More

Upon checking in we were told by the very unfriendly Carlos that the pool was being cleaned and that was why there was no water in it. After being woken at 7 am every morning by the sound of sledge hammers tearing the pool apart and leaving behind shards of ceramic tile everywhere we left only to be told we... More

FYI I didn't stay here so my review does not represent that experience. I booked this hotel through Travelocity and paid the deposit. I cancelled through Travelocity and received my confirmation email that I would be refunded the full amount as I was cancelling withing the allotted time frame. Several weeks later I get a call from someone stating they're... More

If you are looking for a resort vacation this will not be for you. But, if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place. It is right on the ocean, with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable, and Juan, the caretaker is available to... More
