The hotel is in a small village called Golegã. The room was very nice and confortable and the bed was great too. The garden and the spa circuit are nice and quiet and allows you to relax. Very good for a romantic weekend too.

For the avoidance of doubt, this hotel is not in the town of Santarem; it is in the town of Golegá in Santarem district - but is none the worse for that. It fully deserves its 4-star rating. The quiet lawns with their seating and lounging equipment provide a relaxing ambience and as it has only 23 rooms there is...

My wife and I were travelling throughout Portugal and Spain. My wife had polio and she uses crutches and a wheelchair. Great hotel. We needed a place to stay after visiting Fatima our first day in Portugal after an international flight. Hotel Lusitano was a little out of the way as we headed to the Algarve --the friendly staff met...

Nice hotel on the quit street, in the middle of provincial town. Good staff, good equipped spa complex, wide country yard and underground parking. Spacious original-stylish rooms. The restaurant provides good breakfast, for dinner it is rather expensive.

We loved the rooms and the building, but the neighbourwood with an awafull building just nearby, takes out the feeling of a perfect place . The spa and the pool is vey nice and the meals was...

In my opinion Very good hotel in terms of restaurant, clean rooms excellent, excellent staff, and all installations pool spa and common areas very carefully. The bad point in my opinion is the soundproofing because the construction is on wood between the floors. And for this reason it is a very annoying situation when you are try to sleep, and...

This is a real jewel - great historic rooms with modern and stylish touches - Really nice spa - with huge pool, and all the trimmings. Super pricing. And wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. But this hotel is not in the charming city of Santarem at all - but in the town of Golegã - the horse capital of Portugal...

Beautiful Hotel with an excelent staff. Big and confortable rooms. In the center of Golegã and next to the Carlos Relvas photograh studio (worth visiting! I just would like the indoor pool to be a bit warmer, apart from that everything was 5 star!
