We stayed in the Pallas Hotel (aka the Snowy Wilderness Lodge) with Thompson from 7-11 December 2016 with our kids age 6 and 9. We had no idea what to expect but we loved every minute. From stepping off the plane it felt like we were in Narnia! Thompson were so well organised dishing out Snow gear and directing us...

We had a hotel reservation done via internet to another Lapland Hotel in Äkäslompolo because it showed in internet that this Hotel Pallas was fully booked. But because we were “passing by” Pallas at the end of the day, we thought we should go and see what we missed. What happened next was amazing; No cars around, dark surroundings and...

We went just before Christmas for 5 days. First time in Lapland and wow how amazing! From the minute we landed we had the time of our lives, the hotel was outstanding, rooms basic but comfy and just what you needed, hot showers and perfectly clean. The rest of the hotel is lovely with comfy bar areas in front of...

My partner and I stayed here in December for 4 nights. I am mad about Christmas and this place was right up my street. The Thomson staff made this trip for me. At gatwick check in desk we were greeted by Nutcracker Natalie who entertains everyone and gets everyone excited for the trip ahead - she even entertains everyone on...

We visited Lapland on 7th of December 2016, after having an early wake up for the plane we got to the airport and at the queue for the check in we were greeted by Thomson staff and they immediately handed us with stickers that said I'm off to find Santa. The check in was efficient and smoothly run. Once we...

We spent 4 nights and 5 days over new year at snowy wilderness lodge. What a magical holiday. I will start my review with the food. We did not struggle to find something for each meal. Food may of been a little cool at times but all the dishes were fresh and tasty. Sandwiches and snacks are supplied in between...

We spent three nights at the snowy wilderness lodge between Christmas and New Year. The lodge was beautifully traditional and in a picturesque setting in the National Park. The food was excellent and the Thomson reps were fantastic - we would like to thank each of them for the lovely engagement certificate and complimentary prosecco during our stay so thank...
