We are currently staying at the Dorint for the Carfreitag event at the ring. Apparently they cancelled 66 rooms yesterday due to construction issues . Thankfully we are here for 5 days so we didn’t get cancelled. We had specifically booked a room on a high floor overlooking the circuit. Sadly, when we got here we were on a low floor and although initially they told us they could not move us they’ve eventually did. The breakfast is fairly poor. There is a lot of cold things to have a really poor selection of warm food no fried eggs by beans et cetera. The breakfast at the Linden hotel is far better. For a hotel of this size I would have expected a greater selection and also better catering . I would not have paid for the breakfast but it came in the room price .
The bar is really nice however, after 9:30 pm you are allowed to smoke in the bar, unfortunately for us the bar was a no-go area which is a massive shame . I’m so surprised this is even allowed in a developed country. After 9:30 it was thick in smoke and not a pleasant environment. It’s a real shame as there are two bars in the hotel one is behind the reception which could be a no smoking bar.
They charge you for the car park at €14 a day which having said that the hotel is not a cheap hotel than having to pay car parking on top. I think he’s a little bit ridiculous particular in the car park is virtually empty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Nurburgring and the village of Nurburg. Lots of motor sport memorabilia all over the hotel. Very comfortable beds, great view from our room looking onto the GP track. Would definitely stay there again.

Positives: Nice room, clean and modern. Breakfast is really nice. Perfect location for working at the track. Negatives: "I'm sorry sir, you cant use the lift, you arent a resident here'. To get breakfast you have to sign a piece of paper. You cant share a pen because of covid rules. You get to breakfast and you have to share the cutlery for serving your food. No Air conditioning?? Slept with windows open. Considering the location, its good to have your windows closed to keep out some noise. 5am fire alarm! Didnt see any staff. No one knew what was going on. Eventually went back to bed at 6am. Would have slept better (and cheaper) in the car. Pricey, but it was a race weekend, so fair enough. Asked if we could check out an hour later 'certainly, that'll be £60'. Usually, hotels let you stay an hour later for free if they arent busy the next day. Doubt it was that busy on a Monday. Room wasn't cleaned on any day that we were there.
Would definitely stay here again simply because of the location and I'm too lazy to walk to the circuit.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Dorint Nuerburgring. I was delayed at the Euro tunnel and phoned ahead to say i would be late. They were most understanding and the front desk immediately switched to perfect English when i called. The night arrival staff could not have been more helpful. A great stop after a tiring journey. I've been coming here for more than 17 years and at least 4-5 times a year and there were the pandemic times, now things are slowly getting back to normal after the disaster and the service is back to a high level every day.
I feel more and more at home and feel very comfortable in every way.
Back here in three weeks, hurray, the anticipation is great, I'm looking forward to it until then, thank you for the very good service.

Very nic hotel with a nice view to the main straight of the nurgurgring race track. The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you could expect from a hotel of this kind. Wifi worked without any complications.The best breakfast i have ever had in any hotel.

A cool hotel with a cool interior. The food is also quite ok. However, the hotel lacks a pool, which I think you can expect from a four-star hotel. The gym was also quite small with only three machines and a few treadmills, hence the rating of 3.

A one night stay with friends en route to elsewhere - and naturally decided to pop into the Nurburgring on the way. Very good hotel with views across the main straight of the circuit. Lovely welcoming staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good choice of bars. Seems quite corporate on weekdays as there’s a lot of functions hosted nearby. Only giving it a 4 as I rarely give a 5. Zero criticisms though.

Excellent hotel, good-sized rooms with amenities, convenient parking (extra cost), good breakfast and very friendly staff. The beds are 1 and a half square and there is no possibility of putting them together, it would be good to have the option of putting them together. I didn't like that the beds don't have sheets, only a quilt, which, although it is enough, is not comfortable since it is small and the lack of sheets is noticeable.
