The hotel looks well-kept and is in a good location. The rooms were clean, the furnishings and size of the rooms were of a normal standard, which does not set them apart from other hotels. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was well-stocked with everything you need.
What is out of proportion, however, is the price for the overnight stay. There are many comparable hotels with larger rooms and the same, sometimes better furnishings, for half the price of the room including parking. The beds are small and have rock-hard mattresses that resemble a concrete block. We had back pain for three nights, as did the couple we were friends with who stayed in the same hotel. The fact that you have to pay a not insignificant price per day for an outside parking space in the courtyard, on top of the overpriced room prices, is absurd for us.
For us, it was a painful sleeping experience with massively overpriced room prices. It's a shame, as I travel a lot in Germany and Europe and stay in hotels a lot, we were extremely disappointed here in terms of the price/performance ratio.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nürburgring Motorsport and had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the proximity to the Nürburgring track made it the perfect spot for motorsport enthusiasts. The food was another highlight – delicious, with a great variety of options that made every meal enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively, and I felt fully immersed in the motorsport culture. Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!

For participants of an event, the hotel stay must fit in with the event schedule. In this case, the hotel is perfectly adapted to the race schedule. Early breakfast or late arrival, everything can be handled without any problems.

30 degrees and this hotel has neither air conditioning nor or the ability to provide even fans for guests? We couldn’t sleep it was just so hot and opening a window just resulted in being bitten by the wildlife.
No staff at the site to deal with anything at all.
This might be ok for a bed in cooler months but I wouldn’t entertain staying here again when it’s warm as the rooms are just ovens !
Very disappointed and and unhappy

Dear Simon, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We understand how uncomfortable it can be when the room is too hot, especially during warm weather. As noted in the room description, our rooms do not have air conditioning. Unfortunately, we had already distributed all available fans by the time of your stay, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We strive to communicate this information clearly at the time of booking and in our pre-arrival emails. Additionally, we do our best to staff the reception at our Motorsport Hotel as frequently as possible. However, during busy times, guests may need to check in at our Congress Hotel. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us using the QR code provided in the room. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Best regards, the Team of the Nürburgring Hotels - managed by Lindner

I had higher hopes for the Motorsport Hotel. We stayed in several hotels around the Ring before and decided to try the Motorsport Hotel this time. Unfortunately I found the value for money disappointing; the hotel is on the pricey side. On arrival it turned out that we were in front of a closed door and we had to go to the main hotel to check in. This meant we had to load our stuff back into the car and cross the street. The hotel itself was otherwise fine, but nothing special. The breakfast was good, but no surprises here either. Finally, we were told that parking was free, but we still had to pay €20 for a parking space directly in front of the hotel. All in all it was a disappointing experience.

We were extremely satisfied. The staff were always friendly and responded to small requests with a smile. There was always someone to talk to. The food was fantastic, both in terms of the selection, quality and presentation. All areas we entered were absolutely clean. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.
However, we would like to make a comment on two small points:
- The shoe polish at the shoe polishing station was unfortunately empty
- We would have liked to have had latte macchiato glasses at the coffee machines
Thank you for this lovely stay, we would be happy to come back

It was a nice, clean hotel. The reception and breakfast are diagonally opposite at Lindnerhotel. Umbrellas are provided in case of rain.
Breakfast is outstanding and fills every breakfast heart.
In the hotel, subtle quotes from motorsport (F1) are legends.

Ideally located, clean spacious rooms, modern hotel, that’s the good bits.
No staff on site at any time, you have to spend 10 minutes at a computer checking yourself in filling out many questions before you can even gain entry to the hotel.
No facility to make a hot drink in the rooms or anywhere to purchase within the hotel.
No a/c in the rooms.
You’re expected to pay to park if you stay for more than two hours .
Breakfast was nice, except you have to walk a few minutes to a different hotel to get it, which wasn’t very clearly advertised for a lot of people.
Then checking out isn’t a simple drop your key card and go, you have to go through all the computer online questioning again.
To summarise I’d rather stay in a Premier Inn.

Dear Rick, thank you very much for your honest feedback and review. We will take it very serious and forward to the departments to revise our standards. In Germany we do have a registration law which everybody needs to oblige. Near the hotel in a very small distance, you have the possibility to get a drink or anything else. As well on the opposite of the street there is, except for few occasions, a free parking place. All the information are placed on the booking site as well the pre stay emails but still we will revise it to make sure all our guests are getting the correct information. Hope to see you again.

Beautiful hotel with unusual room furnishings. Unfortunately breakfast is in the main hotel, about 100 m away. There are several charging stations on the property. Unfortunately the technical equipment in the room was not checked before moving into the room. Otherwise everything was good and worth another overnight stay if the opportunity arises.

I stay at the Lindner very rarely and when I do it for business. It is in a class of its own both as accommodation and as a seminar hotel. Nothing goes wrong here, the people are great and many things are above average. This can be measured by very simple indicators, such as the breakfast buffet. There is nothing missing! And the people at the Lindner radiate something. I have met many great, very individual people there.
