Lovely old stone house near village square, flagstones and homely. Great host David, very helpful, rooms spot on and the best breakfast I have had for a long time in the UK, all organic. Plus very reasonable rates, will highly recommend. And the scenery locally is stunning !! Nice supper fifty yards away in the Devonshire Arms

We stayed the night at Parsons House as we were going to a wedding at the YHA. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed and shown to our room. It was a delightful room and, as luck would have it, as there was nobody else booked in the other smaller room, we were also given the full run of both...

We have stayed at Parson's house for one night and loved every minute. David, the owner, has provided us good suggestions about walks, ideas for the rainy day and equipped us with the walking map to ensure that we will return :). The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making our stay wonderful experience!

This is an excellent B&B with owners who go above and beyond what is expected - even offering to walk our wet and dirty cycling gear. Breakfast with locally sourced ingredients was so tasty, and rooms were very comfy. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location. Eat at the pub and not the restaurant, much nicer and so close to...
