A weekend away with friends. Such an amazing place in a fantastic location, absolutely perfect. We were only there one night, but nothing was too much trouble, breakfast superb and the added bonus of the living room to all chill out in together. David booked a table for us at the local pub for an evening meal when we arrived...

A great breakfast saw us on our way and I didn't eat again until the middle of the afternoon, despite running over 30 km across the White Peak as part of day two of the first OMM Lite of 2016! We never made use of the lovely guest lounge and other facilities such was the late finish and flying start...

We have just returned from a relaxing stay at Cotesfield Farm; all three generations of our family loved this B&B. There were guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens and horses to keep the children entertained and the adults appreciated the friendly hosts and beautiful location. We had the guest area to ourselves as we booked all three rooms for three nights for...

David, Alison and Jemma were great hosts, keen to ensure that our stay was a success. The accommodation is extremely well presented and maintained - a delightful refurbishment of some of the original farm buildings that retains a historical feel and quality at the same time as offering modern day facilities. As we were the only guests, we had exclusive...

We have just returned from spending two nights here, and can't recommend it highly enough. David was probably the most welcoming host I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. Nothing is too much trouble, and the breakfast was sensational. Even our dog didn't want to move out of the room in the morning! Would give it 6 out...

Cotesfield Farm is ideal for 2 couples wanting a weekend away as you can have the whole place to yourselves which includes a lounge and kitchen area. David was very welcoming and recommended and booked 2 great pubs for our evening meals. We particularly enjoyed the Royal Oak and the walk in the dark! There is great walking direct from...

Arrived at Cotesfield with my horse and straight away felt at home. Warm welcome for us both and David could not do enough for us. Undercover parking for the trailer and a HUGE! field with a spectacular view for the horse. I used the twin room and this is very comfortable with good en suite facilities. Breakfast was a feast...

The farm is set in a lovely area and the facilities provided are very good with a pantry type room, lounge and breakfast room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms are nice and clean although do feel a bit clinical with everything being white and no pictures on the walls to add colour. The range of food we had for...

I don't think we have ever been anywhere and got a warmer welcome than at this farm. (I just love that!) David literally couldn't do enough for us. Our twin-bedded room was clean and comfortable with an excellent tea tray, and lovely views over the farm yard, so we could watch the house martins and swallows swooping down to enter...

Thank you David for a lovely weekend. A warm friendly welcome, helpful without being obtrusive. The accommodation has been very thoughtfully worked out as the Guests have a separate independent entrance to a guest lounge and dining room on the ground floor, with the en suite bedrooms upstairs. We stayed in the Belgravia room and were delighted to watch the...
