Second time staying here, location is amazing just a 5 minute walk to land of legends. The hotel is such good value for money, rooms are great, very clean, and the staff are just fantastic, nothing is to much for them, also we really appreciate we arrived very early before check in time and was no problem room was ready so was perfect. special mention to Kadir, Resul and Nurullah. Thank you so much for everything :) Will be back soon for sure!

We arrived at lunchtime and was given our apartment details with key. On entering the apartment it was clean and did the 5 of us no problem. The bathroom had a funny smell to it and wasn't as clean as I would expect it to be but was doable. The entertainment team were really good with the children especially Asli and kept up with activities around the pool. Entertainment of an evening was amateur but fun except the fire show which I felt was very dangerous with some of the props used homemade out of tin foil ! The food was ok. A bit samey but it was nice and had a varied choice if you like chicken, fish, rice and potatoes. No problem getting sunbeds at all. Sometime we didn't rock up till 10am and there where still beds available. After reading some of the reviews on here I was expecting a bad experience and horrible hotel. That is NOT what I found. The staff really tried to help us with any issue despite the language barriers. Watch put in the Turkish spa though. It is lovely and well worth the initial visit but they will try and tell you you have medical problems that can be solved with medical massages etc. Don't be fooled they try this with everyone. There is a small market about 4 mins walk away to buy inflatables at a not so extortionate price and Land of Legends is about 10 mins walk. Wouldnt reccomend walking in heat though it's a killer. All in all we had a lovely family holiday and I would recommend if you are on a budget.

It was a nightmare!the worst things are: service, food, location! We took half board but the food odor is foul. The TV is black & white! Shower ; if somebody is chubby he can’t enter inside..so tiny... beds are not comfortable.. pool is tiny . Taxis service is so slow..if we request one it will come after 30 mn. .however, the rooms are clean.. it has a safety stay : secured stay & close to the supermarket

It was the worse experience for me to this hotel and thx god I didn’t stayed there My story is the following : After very long and tiring day I arrived to the wrong hotel having the same name in almost the same area ,so I had to walk with all my Luggage and take taxi to reach to this hotel . Arriving there at around 6pm UTC time I had the receptionist seating and so relaxing on sofa as he was a guest there not a receptionist ,he stand up and without any welcoming or smile he said : Yes .... I told him I have booked from website for room and called the lady in the morning which she could explain to me not that there is 2 sarp hotel in almost the same area and ofcorse as he was not speaking English at all he couldn’t understand me and he got angry on me ,he start to shout saying : GO AWAY ! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A ROOM!?!? I was so shocked cause I thought he was kidding , but he wasn’t he was so seriously talking ...so imagine lady’s and gentleman if the receptionist of a hotel is like this what if you really stayed there . I was about to stay in the street that night as all the hotel were fully booked ,but thx god I found a good one at the end . Thank you for reading
