I love staying here. Its not to far from the city centre. The bus stop is just across the road. You're just a couple of minutes walk from the side of the River Thames. The hotel and the staff are first class. Brilliant place to stay.

Newly decorated rooms with nice furniture and large flat screen tv. Restaurant not the best to eat in at night however breakfast was fine I would advise going over the bridge into kew for a evening meal. Good staff and helpful. Plenty of parking. We have stayed here before, we found the staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very good with very comfy beds. THe restaurant has a very good menu and the food is lovely. Breakfasts too are very good and well worth paying for rather than eating out.

We stayed at this hotel solely because of its proximity to Kew Gardens to attend "Kew the Music",but the hotel became part of a memorable visit. Our reception was made perfect by two young female receptionists who were very efficient and friendly, the room was great and the breakfast was as good as we have had in "Theatre Land Five... More

We knew this would be an urban busy setting in London so our expectations were not high really. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and the room we had - 224 - was unfortunately on the High Street side of the hotel which did make it quite noisy especially (obviously!) with the window open. The hotel had thoughtfully... More

The staff were fantastic! Friendly, professional, eager to help, really brilliant. The location suited us well, near to bus routes and not too far from station. The meals were good, room comfy in every way EXCEPT it was too hot. We were glad of the fans provided but on a very hot London weekend we really needed air con, or failing... More
