Stayed for 4 nights. Room clean, staff friendly. Near to Kew bridge train station and 20min walk to Kew Gardens. Ate in the restaurant 1 night and the food was pretty good. Ask for a room near the back of the hotel.

Room and cleanliness excellent but my rom 302 was on main road 2 very large windows and noise was big issue from traffic and sirens. 2 coffee sachets and 2 teabags very minimal if you only drink one or the other.

The only reason for it not having a 5 rating is that the staff weren't that helpful. They didn't know about the parking pricing (£15 for 24hrs) and were sarcy to my wife. However the rooms were great. We stayed on the garden side which was quiet. The bed was very comfy. We stayed for 2 nights for the rugby... More

Situated around a mile from Kew Gardens by road (across the Thames as the bird flies!) this is the perfect stop for a visit to Kew and the rest of London. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the rooms spotless and comfortable and the breakfasts ideal for the perfect start to your day.

Good location with parking. Bus stops outside for connections to Hammersmith and White City. Staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable. Only minor gripe is the insistence on only one sachet of coffee in the room which means it's inevitable that you have to go to reception and ask for more supplies.

Room has been refurbished to the latest style so was clean and fresh. Desk, TV, tea/coffee making supplied. Comfortable bed and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. Usual bathroom style, with soap dispensers, towels supplied. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of items. Friendly and helpful staff make this a good place to stay if in the area.

Apart from the excellent staff, rooms, beds, breakfasts et al, there some wondrous add-on features for this location. !) Twickenham is a 367 bus ride to the wonderful Express pub and a quick overground trip to Twickenham. 2) Post match there is NOBODY on the platform to Kew Bridge and thousands upon thousands on the underground line platform. 3) Within... Great stay here. 2nd time of visiting and booked an extra night. Only thing that was a bit of a let down was car parking as not enough spaces and if you have a big car you may struggle as spaces are quite right. Other than that a brilliant stay for the rugby & theatre trips.

Ideally located to Twickers a 10min £15 taxi ride. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and breakfast welcome. The parking is limited so arrive early otherwise you'll be charged £15 for 24hrs.
