Most scenic resort with almost every facility you look forward to especially if you are traveling with your pets..this property has a huge huge space for your pets and you to enjoy and experience the nature in its purest form!! One of the best experience I had!! Food is awesome n the service is prompt !! No cons only pros for this place!! Rooms are big and with most scenic views..if you just step out of the resort by foot you can see some beautiful spots ...u can spot peacocks just nearby.. overall a experience of a lifetime!!
I and my wife stayed here for two nights to break our journey from Mumbai to Konkan. We picked this place based on the reviews. Unfortunately for us, all the hotel rooms except ours was reserved for a large group. We felt that the entire resort resources were employed to serve this group, hence, there was no one left to cater to our needs. We brought this to Mr Sudarshan (Manager) and Mr Bedekar (Owner) attention. Both of them apologized profusely. Next morning, while checking out, Mr Sudarshan returned the entire amount of Rs 9000 for two nights. However, other than poor service we didn’t have any other issues, so I accepted refund of only Rs 4500. I commend Nisarg Management for accepting mistakes and willingness to refund when customer is not satisfied. I would like to suggest that they should not accept other customers if they are taking care of a large group. The room was spacious with a large balcony. View from the balcony is awesome.…
Well, I would like to divide the review in 2 parts. Pros- Location of the resort is good. It's quiet, peaceful and view is also nice from the property. We stayed in the valley view stone cottage. Room was spacious and clean. Sitout and mini garden area is so quiet and feels wonderful to sit there with your partner at night time.. Food is tasty. But if you want any Thali, then make sure you order at least 1 hr prior because they cook fresh and thali takes time. Dining area is also well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Cons- Cost of the room and food seems expensive like any 4 star hotel, considering amenities which are pretty basic. Main attraction of the room 'Valley view', was getting blocked due to trees. We had asked for candle light dinner and room decoration But it's cost was slightly too much and only thalis were allowed in meal. Also, for candle light dinner in room, a table would be preferable, which was not provided. We also were not given discount for anything. They cut on items on the name of 'discount'. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful 2 days outing close to nature, Then it's a must visit place.…
We chose the resort since it is pet friendly and we were totally satisfied with our choice. Since it is in outskirts of kolhapur, closer to a cliff, the view is good. We booked room with sit out and garden since we have a pet. The resort is big and our pet had enough place to run around. The resort is very well done with focus on details, everything is very thought through. Dinning area is nice with lot of antique stuff. Staff is friendly and room service was prompt. Food was good, starter quantity was lot. Will definitely visit this place once again.
