Very very pathetic ..... 1. Made me stand at reception for half an hour saying booking amount is not acceptable after intervention of Treebo customer care they alloted me room 2. Nobody helped to park car and taking out my car from parking (myself managed by removing bikes etc) also no help by hotel person carrying luggage while check in and check out 3. Breakfast bill was not present at reception so took lumpsum amount of Rs. 200 from me as their restaurant person was not on place I have not seen such a pathetic hotel no management no cooperation.....Treebo should really think twice before continuing with this hotel......1st time such a bad experience with Treebo hotel

Recently I m booking Deluxe Room facility will provide free wifi, Breakfast But they are not provide. Service was very poor. Other wise Common Service facility will very poor and they did not have generator facility

Not prime location. Can add few toiletries. Room service can definitely improve. There were no towels in bathroom. After requesting too we did not get enough towels. There was no drinking water in room even after the room was cleaned. Same again with towels. Hotel property was not clean enough. With little more efforts this property could do really better.

I have stayed at Treebo Shiva's in the past when it was known by a different name and run by another management. However little has changed, the experience then was also good and so was it now. No reason to be disappointed. Even though we stayed only for a night, it was a comfortable stay and all promised amenities were provided. The breakfast spread was decent, especially the kanda-poha was superb. Value for money.
