The staff was very friendly, and even spoke a tiny bit of English. The rooms were amazing! I was expecting small room with tiny bathroom. It was the exact opposite. Really high ceilings, living room, and decent wifi! Short walk to several restaurants.

The hotel is not so big. You will be met by a Russian receptionist which gives a flirty smile. They seem not having any uniform because the receptionist was wearing some clothes like she just came back from night club. Rooms are nice and spacious, clean. Generally this hotel is good for business trip.

Right in the centre of the city within easy walking distance of main streets, sights and restaurants. Gated parking is available in the courtyard at the back. Rooms are spacious and pleasant, with wi-fi. Hotel restaurant serves decent and inexpensive meals. Surprisingly good value for what it is.

The Binar wins points for its price, location and helpful and friendly service if not for cleanliness and modernity. The rooms are small, the carpets manky, and the bathrooms have seen better days, but there appeared to be plentiful hot water and reasonable water pressure - by no means the norm in these parts. We arrived very late and had...

I can see why travellers of a certain type would be lured by the Nomad. It seems more familiarly appointed. But Binar is actually more friendly, and more comfortable. I stayed in a double, non-smoking room. There were two single beds, complete with mattresses (that's one up on the Nomad right there). The bathroom is basic but modern and fully...

Quiet, 2 story hotel. Tolerable breakfast but inconsistent. 24 hour stay was interrupted by bing told we had to move after only 8 hours due to the hotel wanting to renovate the bathroom. Alo, to,d not o take a bath because of it!! Parking is good-- off street. Location is nearly perfect for visiting downtown, walking distance to river. Store...

Hotel Binar is situated in a nice building, in a quiet area and in walking distance from the central square. Our choice for this hotel was because it has a fenced-off parking lot at the backside. We were relieved that we could communicate in English with the receptionist (in a country where only a few people speak foreign languages, except...
