Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good camper place as starting point to visit Kakadu park. Places are ok and we choose a shadowed place. We were a bit late but after call friendly lady arranged all. Aminities next to the camper place are available including hook up for water.

Anbinik has been one of the best accomodations on our 4 week trip. We had Suite 1 and the outside shower was just great after a long day out. The overall experience exceeded expectations from being able to get some fresh air at night via the clever shutters, relaxing at the pool or the real good food and service at the little restaurant. Where can you wake up from birds flying over your acco? We would have liked to stay longer and for sure will stay again if we come to the area.

The room is a good size and the bed is comfotable. Facilities are just average. Price is on the high side for what is provided. The resort is a short drive to the shopping centre but the only supermarket close early on weekends.

We stayed here as 2 families travelling together. We each had the 2 bedroom cabins which are a comfortabe size, with a living room, kitchenette and 2 x separate bedrooms. Compared to other options available in Jabiru, these were on the cheaper end and with that in mind I thought they were good value. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Pros: - Quiet - BBQ facilities - Can park right out the front of the cabin. - Great for families/groups - Nice pool area. - There's a little bit of wildlife around (bats and birds mainly) Cons - The bathroom is outside. Really odd. It's as if the bathroom was already built (perhaps as an ensuite for caravans) and then they decided to build cabins next to it later on.

I loved this place! I had a cabin, and it was luxurious--- great bed and decor, and the outdoor shower was special! The pool is relatively small but refreshing. Staff was helpful. A great value for money, too ....I spent one night here and one night in the more expensive Cooinda Lodge and wished I had spent both nights at Anbinik. Do the nearby Alligator River cruise!

1 night in a 1 bedroom cabin, pretty standard cabin really. Although the bathroom was outside, through the back door which was a little strange. The room could use a bit of a refurb but it was fine for the 1 night. There was a pool which looked alright, nice enough for a dip after a scorching day. The other cabins looked great and there were bbq areas which is handy. This would be ideal for a family with kids.

We stayed in two separate suites. One of them has an accessibility indoor bathroom as well as an outdoor shower. The rooms were clean but were on the smaller side. There was limited hanging space. Food at the restaurant was mediocre.

While these bush bungalows are quirky, they have a down side. Nothing to block out the sun or lights on outside your bungalow. Would suggest if you book one ask for one close to reception, back road was very busy.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, fully equipped with great air conditioning! Very friendly staff, and nice to have a free self service laundry for guests. Just note, the bathroom is in an external room, out the back door, and no WiFi at the time of our stay. Pool was lovely and clean, very refreshing!

Loved our stay in a suite . Worth persevering if unable to reach Hotel by phone as it’s the best place to stay in area . Email tends to be the easiest form of communication. Because of this was expecting it to be more basic but suites definitely worth paying for . Our friends had camper. They found not much shelter in campground . Close to walk to gallery and supermarket .
