I stayed at MOT lodge for two nights and had an amazing time. The wooden lodge itself is a beautiful building and unique to the area, boasting beautiful mountain views and views over their own pond/lake with its own wildlife. The hosts, Sean and Angela were very hospitable in every way. The stand-alone double room was warm, clean and comfortable... More

We spent one night at Lakeside, but it was a perfect experience. The hosts are new having taken over the lodge only three weeks previously, but they were exceptionally good. We were made part of family and enjoyed feeding the animals, boating on their private lake and then a fantastic sundown on their wonderful verandah. Breakfast was exceedingly good, with... More

Many thanks for your kind review and apologies for taking so long to write a response - a combination of being overseas and the usual time pressures. We really enjoyed spending time with you both; the unplanned experiences are often the best. We do hope our paths may cross again one day. More

What a find. Great hosts lovely children and 2 fine dogs - friut on the trees and grapes on the vines. Trout to challenge the best in nearby rivers and mountain trails equal to the best we have seen. We will be back, again and again.
