This is a fantastic little b&b. We have no complaints at all. We stayed 1 night and we also had a dog with us. The room was clean with tea/coffee provided. The bed and bedding clean and every thing worked as it should. The breakfast was very good the staff friendly and the bar good value. As others have said...

We was greeted by staff very nicely, we was looking for a cheap room just for the night as couldnt get home from our day trip that day. It is VERY dated the rooms, could do with spending a few hundred quid on some new bed linen thats not so dated, curtains and wall paper just to liven the place...

After a last minute decision to take a bank holiday break with my best mate and 3 kids we chose the Fairhaven because of the outstanding price. We arrived to be greeted by 2 lovely staff members who instantly made us feel welcome. The family room we had was lovely and very comfy with freshly aired bed linen etc. The...

Having booked on the spur of the moment we were finding it difficult to find anything so booked this hotel. We were not very impressed at all. As someone else said, we too were in room 7 . To start with it stunk of wee which was not very pleasant at all. The ceiling was covered in tiny spiders so...

We had a family party to attend in Mablethorpe and so booked into Fairhaven for the night on Wednesday 15th August 2012. When I rang to book the room, the rooms were advertised at £25 per double room a night, the gentleman explained that there were no £25 rooms available but for £40 we could have a en-suite large double,...

Having arrived at Fairhaven was very disappointed at the state of the place, especially as the internet photo looked very inviting. Weeds everywhere in the front garden, and on arrival inside there was a stale air about the place. The bedrooms were not very clean in fact had not seen a duster for a while. The bedroom carpet was badly...
