Nice hotel, clean rooms. Staff at front are absolutely beautiful. Always smiling and very welcoming. We have been here for two weeks and have got to know most staff. When they found out that it was my wife's birthday, they bought her a bouquet of flowers and a birthday cake. At dinner they brought it out and sang happy birthday to her in front of everyone and spoilt us at dinner. Staff are always trying to attend to you when you ask for help . When my daughter did not come down for breakfast the staff made up a breakfast of all her favourite things without us asking for it as they did not want her to miss out. Truly amazing staff under the wonderfull manager Num. This man runs the front of the hotel and restaurant and has the respect of his staff which makes the atmosphere so much more welcoming. He made sure my wife was given flowers and a birthday cake and wanted nothing in return. The hotel restaurant has beautiful food and the chef was a very pleasant bloke, he came out to see if we liked his food and was genuinely happy when we cleaned the plate up, sauce and all, nothing left. Anything you need, these beautiful people are always willing to help. I find that a genuine smile from us as guests towards the staff goes a long way, they are not just hotel staff, they are family men and women who want to say hello and also be treated kindly. I will gladly give this place a top rating. Hotel views are good and pool and gym are clean. Highly recommend this place if you dont want the flat out city pace in Bangkok central area.

Good hotel with excellence service. Convenience location near by MRT purple line in front of hotel just take 15 mins to Chatuchak shopping market.

I stayed there for a short trip on business, it was a wonderful choice to stay there, a well-equipped room apartment with a very comfortable bed and bathroom is all supplies. On weekend. The breakfast choices were so good and healthy. the chef personally took my order for a healthy omelette. Khun We the restaurant staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Khun Kai the FO manager who went out of her way to organize things for me. On the weekend I planned to go to the Chatuchak weekend market, which took only 12 minutes by motorcycle and it is just next to the Metro Station. will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

This is such an amazing hotel to arrive and stay for your trip. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms and tremendous service. We lost 1 of our luggage’s so the laundry machine came in very handy and the hotel is near the train station.

The hotel is looking good from the outside. The staff is super friendly from the receptionist to the service staff. They are truly amazing. And that's it. Everything else is almost trash. Basic things are not working. E.g. the shower sink is immediately congested. It's impossible to shower without having the water from the sink and all the filth under and over the feet. The shower temperature can be adjusted physically. However independently how you do it it will be either cold or super hot with the risk to be burned. Now imagine to shower a child with that in mind. I did not repprt these to the staff as I only stayed one night and did not have the time to tell them and to wait until they fix it. I honestly expect that things like that are checked before providing the room to the guests. That's what I pay for us time is really precious even more when only night is booked. Well the room itself is old and furniture also everything is narrow and I did not feel comfortable to touch anything with my hand or body. The breakfast was not good. No cheese no chocolate. Honey and jam which I doubt was real. The taste was bad. Fruits were just OK. Coffee machine was very slow and I had to fill up twice to have a regular mug of coffee. However, the staff was really friendly and made up a little for that. But price performance ratio is bad.

It was a relatively short trip with the family over a business conference at the IMPACT arena, and we had an amazing experience. Great hospitality, very understanding and professional staff members who are ready to assist you with all your needs. Well-equipped suites with all you may need for a comfortable stay which makes you feel the luxury of an expensive home away from home. Good food and worth mentioning it is very well located for attending conferences at the IMPACT ARENA.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Nonthaburi. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and Front Office manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the 2 bedrooms Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant Manager deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The second day we did one day trip at pier market which was guided by Mr. Boat, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. Mr.Boat is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the market The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. It was a great way to end the day.
Note, this is brand new place to stay, which convenient transportation by MRT so special that it really felt like home to me.

We stayed here for almost a week with Oakwood tiwanon. This is one of the best hotel with full service which make you feel like home. Khun Yothin, khun Kai and the team made us feel comfortable with their service. The bed is so comfortable. The breakfast is perfectly done and prepared. The location is perfect for sight seeing or even getting into the downtown. It’s only 35-45 mins to Suvannabhume airport and around 10-15 mins to Donmuang airport. We definitely recommend this hotel ❤️

Do not expect a quiet nights sleep. Location next to MRT/BTS is the only thing that is good. You can hear doors in hallways closing you hear all traffic and even on the 29th floor I heard a whistle blowing from someone directing traffic I am sure. Check was the most impersonal thing I ever experienced. Gave the ID cards of my wife and I to the lady she proceeded to do the check in and then had me sign the forms and then proceeded to ignore me and walk around he desk and give the keys to my wife and talk to her in thai. Absolutly disgusted by this. Breakfast is mediocre rooms are clean beds not the best but the shower with marble floor is absolutely a danger from being slippery.
