We were very disapointed - altough we were offered the suite junior room, because there were 4 of us with the kids. The staff at the reception desk is trying really hard to convince you that everything is just fine, the reality is right opposite. The best times of the hotel is faaar forgotten. It is the basic problem to...

Only good thing is the swimming pool but it is opened to outsiders, it was crowded. Service at Reception is poor with bureaucracy (only the lady in front desk was very kind). I've planned to stay 3 nights (2 rooms) and they requested me to pay each night in advance !!?? Keys turned inactive at 12:00 pm (doors will be...

The worse hotel I have ever been to. The place has a lot of potential, but the services doesn't work. The breakfast is horrible, no water in the rooms and very little choice of food for dinner. My laundry was still wet when it was delivered and they don't know what is a iron.

As we only had the Swiss identity card with us (no passport that time), they did not let us in saying it was a governmental rule for foreigners. But already the next hotel nearby allowed us to stay....The RECEPTION in Hotel les Zianides left a bureaucratic and non-customerfriendly impression on us with a wanna-be-luxurious touch. The service and rooms we...

We ended up not even staying here, despite multiple attempts to reserve a room in person and on the phone. We were told to call back the week before, then were told to call the day before - but we were coming with family so we didn't want to risk not having no room upon arrivial - they said, "no...

Nice Hotel near by the central city, Good restaurant, nearly good bar, nice pool. One of the hotels, where we can get alcohol ;-) The rooms are very ugly. Old furniture, broken doors, nonworking air condition (outside 35 °C), horrible beds. If you don,t need to stay in the rooms, it is ok. Normal algerian standard. 35€ per night, including...
