The villa was beautiful, clean and overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The food was excellent and made from fresh ingredients, many of which were from their own garden and olive grove. Most of the wine was from their own vineyards. A more accommodating and wonderful staff we could not have asked for.

This is an amazing group of people that run this beautiful Villa! From the moment you drive on to the property until you pull the warm blankets up at night you feel as if you are home. Views that overwhelm your senses, every moment is special. Don't miss this amazing Villa in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Let me start off by saying if you want a shiny Hilton, do not waste your time. If you love local quaint, historic, charming, delightful villas without cookie-cutter rooms this is the place for you. The staff is helpful and friendly. The owner and or the managers are always available. The location is exceptional. Up the hill so to speak...

All I can say is WOW! Without question one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed or ate at. Owners Angelo and his wife are the sweetest people with a beautiful pride of their villa. We will be back next year without question!!!! If you're headed to Cortona, trust me this is where you want to stay!!!!

My husband and I had been planning a trip to Italy for YEARS! We chose September to celebrate his 60th anniversary with a week in Tuscany doing a cooking/sightseeing tour and then a week on the Amalfi Coast. Our week at Villa Schiatti was perfection! Aleen and Grazia and Laura took such excellent care of us all week and chef...

My husband and I stayed here whilst on our honeymoon at the end of August and we had the most incredible time. The villa is a large, gorgeous, stone building set in the Tuscan hills. The view is stunning and on a clear day you can see for miles and miles. The interior is tradionally tuscan and every part of...

We had a great stay at Villa Schiatti! We found them through Epitourean -- Angelo and his team made us feel at home and gave us a great private tour of Tuscany and surrounding regions (including visits to Siena, Montepulciano, Perugia), as well as amazing cooking lessons each night (and four course meals per night) by their in-house Chef, Mariela....

This is the way to celebrate! We went for a one-week culinary tour. We were first surprised with an upgraded room in honor of our anniversary as well as lots of special attention. The villa is a truly lovely place...well-built, tasteful, and meticulously clean, with views so gorgeous it's hard to believe it's real. There is a very pretty patio...

Perfect base for making day trips to surrounding towns like Assisi, Arezzo, Cortana, Siena, Perugia etc. FACILITIES--- Other than...

We have stayed here before and enjoyed the restaurant many times and were grateful that they could accommodate us on our last trip. The service is amazing by an informed and enthusiastic staff. The rooftop dining and the fantastic Tuscan countryside seem to fade away when the food arrives. We can't wait to come back!!
