Sensational property and just perfect. If I could give this property 10/5 I would - the host has thought of everything plus more to make this a luxurious, comfortable, private and peaceful stay. Beautifully furnished , welcome chocolates, coffee pod machine, massive TV with all the pay TV options available and guest information on where to eat and sight see. Read all the positive reviews - they are spot on. A suggestion is to bring some food/platters for dinner and breakfast with you as once you arrive you don’t want to leave.

The perfect location for a relaxing getaway to northeast Tasmania. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery is stunning. I recommend that guests order a grazing platter, it’s outstanding and a great addition as some of the local restaurants are a drive away and not always open. The Villa grounds are immaculate with unique plants.

We booked the spa villa on a whim during a couple of weeks leave on our Tassie shack staycation. What a gem. We quickly booked a second night and would have happily stayed longer. The villa was so private, spacious and thoughtfully laid out and styled. There are 5 villas in total but you felt like you were always there alone. All are self catering, but if that’s not your thing there are very good options less than 15 minutes away. We however loved the relaxed seclusion and happily self catered. Once you see the view you will not want to leave either. This is true luxury self contained accommodation on the east coast where you can easily waste hours soaking up the views from the villa or hot tub or wake early to enjoy a stunning sunrise. This is absolute coastal waterfront where you can hearing the sounds of the see when you leave the window or door open. A true east Coast treasure.

Having the most horrible time trying to get some money back from this booking after interstate boarder closures restrictions. Over $400 a night paid, owner refuses refund, nor offered a decent option. This is VERY FAR from any luxurious booking experience I have ever had. I don’t like dealing with people like that. No empathy. I do recommend Horizons in Stanley instead - luxurious, respectful and I have received a full refund within hours of the cancellation. Read between the small lines with this one, otherwise they are up for ripping you off. Merry Christmas.

We booked one night as touring around Tassie - looked interesting and we are suckers for an ocean view. As soon as we checked in we contacted the management to ask if a second night was available ! Luckily for us it was! Quality throughout including furnishings, linen and towells. The sauna and spa made it feel like you were in your own little health retreat - yes not much around in terms of places to eat but self cater with simple foods and you will never want to leave ! We have stayed in some beautiful places but both agree this one is the pinnacle in relaxation and luxury.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in the spa villa and circumstances permitting could have stayed much longer. Normally we are active and like to explore but we were happy to simply watch the ever changing stunning view from the villa, the deck, the spa hut and even from the coastal rocks in front of the Villa where we watched the full moon rise out of the ocean. The spa and sauna were great features and helped relax our minds and bodies. While Hobart shivered with a late winter burst, the sun shone warmly on the east coast as we enjoyed the quality outdoor settings. Contact with the owners was A+ and they even recommended a massuese for which my wife was most thankful. As we relished our solitude we were cognisant that with covid raging in many other states Tassie seems a good place to be.

We stayed in Villa 2. Beautifully presented with an outstanding view.
The kitchenette was the perfect size to organise a small meal or throw together snacks and had a selection of appliances for convenience.
The bath (small pool) was fantastic for a soak after a long day of hiking and exploring.
This is the perfect accommodation to use as either a base for travel or a comfortable rest day just do yourself a favour and get up for the sunrise.

Me and my partner stayed in villa 5 and absolutely loved it. The beautiful setting with private spa and sauna overlooking the ocean is the perfect romantic get away on the east coast of Tassie. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Euri. Rooms were clean, nicely furnished and looked like a brand new deck to enjoy a wine or beer on. Couldn’t recommend salt water enough and we are already looking forward to going back!

A fabulous property - beautifully styled and functional in an amazing location. Whilst shops and general town facilities are 10 to 15 mins away, a little bit of planning simply adds to the wonderful experience in the fully equipped luxury villas. Congratulations to Rita and the team.

A very light filled and beautiful location. We felt like we were on a summer holiday in spring! A relaxing spot to start our honeymoon.
Cooking options are provided though limited so a simple to prepare meal e.g. using the barbecue or microwave or eating out are best!
