Stayed for three nights and found staff to be welcoming and accommodating. All amenities for the disabled clientele including a mobility scooter lift (for the smaller sized portable scooter) if you need your scooter inside the hotel. Food excellent and table service 'spot-on'. The added bonus, dogs are just as welcome as their owners which was great for us, plus...

We stopped overnight here on way to Bournemouth, this is the 3 rd time we have stayed here and will definitely be returning. A lovely hotel that had recently been refurbished, really nice rooms and a great breakfast.

We stayed here for one night and very impressed with the quality of the finish of this hotel/resturant. Normally we stay in the premier inn in Poole but recently it's gone down hill so decided to stay here. Arrival , check in was quick and easy and staff polite. Had a meal in the resturant the evening we arrived and...

Arrived at 1156 am on a Sunday, went to bar to order lunch. "Sorry, we don't serve food until 1200". I stood at the bar for 4 mins and the young lad was then happy to take my order of one roast pork, one roast beef. Served promptly but that was the end of the good news. No cutlery, salt...

We had a twin room which was very nice and clean, The bathroom had a power shower over head and had been decorated very well. My only problem were the duvets on our beds which were very thin and lacked filling. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening but was very disappointed, The steak was fatty and the...

We made enquiries first about accessibility, we had really good descriptions back from Jane, which then encouraged us to book. The Wet Room facility is one of the best we have had recently. We had challenges with the low bed, which we overcame with the elephants feet. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this facility, & we will return.

Has recently been refurbished - near through road with not much else nearby - lots of parking on site and large rear gardens. Good open plan bar with reasonably priced food. Rooms well presented and well priced. A good place for a stay over when on the way to somewhere else!

The newly refurbished rooms are spacious but we were disappointed that the shower is over the bath and did not drain away well...stood in ankle height water whilst showering. We had a family get together in the restaurant...very disappointing. Understaffed, microwaved food and the bar ran out of beer !!! One section of the bar was piled up with empty...

We popped in as usually go to little chef when passing by here. Went in and now glad we did. This will now be our pit stop! Loved it! They allow dogs in their if your planning to stay at the bar. We didn't use the hotel, just the restaurant.
