We had great experience even though it was just for a night. I had to mention this, on the day we checked in that night I left my handbag in the bus and the kind lady staff who was the first to greet us the moment we stepped in was kind to help to retrieve the bag. Even though, she...

We stayed at the resort for two nights in the Grand executive suite that offered brilliant view of Mt Fuji. The room was clean and very spacious and the staff was very helpful although their English was very limited. We had a rental car and there was a bit of a confusion when we got there regarding parking because the...

We stayed 2 nights on the 10th floor in a family suite with a postcard perfect view straight to Mt Fuji. The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel and staff were very helpful but had limited english. The hotel had a supermarket almost opposite and was an easy walk to restaurant options. We...

The hotel is good value as it includes entrance to Fuji Q, usage of their Onsen and a delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms are a little outdated, but the service is great. The Fuji Q amusement park has some amazing rides like Fujiyama and also a very scary haunted house/maze

We booked the Thomas the tank engine room (which can only be booked on the phone it seems), but it was a great room. The room is really spacious and the beds were so soft and comfortable. Unfortunately this won't let me upload videos so I cannot post pictures of the bathroom, but it was... Interesting. As a guest, you...

I booked a standard twin room in this Hotel as thought it would be a nice treat not to have to travel back to Tokyo same day whilst visiting Fuji Q Highland theme park. However i have to say when we got to our room we were most disappointed and it did actually put a big downer on the day....

We spent one night in the Fuji San view standard room with our three children (aged 9, 6 & 2). The room seemed dated but clean and spacious enough to cater to our family of 5. We had the dinner buffet (which compared to breakfast, was pleasantly quiet i.e less crowded). The food was mainly Japanese with the odd pizza...

My first stay was in Feb 2005, 2nd stay in 2010 and the 3rd stay was 07-10Oct2016. Back in 2005, I worked in a travel agency and this hotel was first recommended by my colleague and helped me with the booking. That was for my honeymoon. At that time, I already knew that the price of this hotel is one...

This hotel is quite expensive than other hotels nearby but this hotel strategic because next to FujiQ Highland Theme Park and if you stay here, ask the front desk for early entrance to the park and they also give you special price for 1 or 2 days pass. We booked the room directly from their website which I assumed cheaper...

We did an overnight trip here so my son could see Thomas land. We decided to book one of the Thomas-character rooms since my 3year old is a huge Thomas fan. From that respects, my son loved the room. However, for what we got (room with 3 single beds pushed together), it was very overpriced. It was actually more expensive...
