In terms of the positives, the hotel is located very close to the shrine of Masuma which is a huge bonus. The rooms were also a good size which makes it perfect for a family of three and four. Finally, and quite surprisingly, the wifi was pretty good. Now for the negatives. For those used to North American style establishments...

I stayed in Qom International Hotel for one night. My room was comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff in the lobby and in the coffee shop. Thanks for all your help and for finding my lost gps device.

Our experience in this hotel was bad! I would suggest the owner to stay in a real international hotel to see the difference (although the price was one of an international hotel all right!). The service is bad, the people at the reception are rude. When you ask for information or anything, it is like you are bothering them! The...

There is no coffee in the morning and it's too bad. Just tea. The employees do not know english very well. Not good communication with tourists. I don't know how it turned out to be an international hotel. It's an ok hotel but not an international one.

It was winter time but it was suffocating inside the room. We opened our window, switched off the heater but nothing was changed...we barely slept 4-5 hours every...

We stayed at the Qum International and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room. Our vehicle was kept safely in the underground garage. We took diner outside in a small restaurant so we only experienced the breakfast that was plenty with fresh local ingredient.
