I believe I owe this place a review – we’ve been five times already here. We – is a group of 20+ folks with small kids and teenagers. Our visits were at different times – twice during winter around Christmas time and three times during early summer (next after Victoria Day weekend). Usually, we book a big cottage to take...

Had a fantastic week at Bayview. The staff goes out of their way to get to know everyone and makes it a very special experience for the kids. Food is very good, activities are fun, and accommodations are above average. Bayview would make a great destination for multiple family and multiple generational groups as well.

I was just at this resort for 3 nights and had an amazing trip. We only booked 2 nights but loved it so much we paid for an extra night. My kids had alot of fun and had lots to do. We really spent most of our time in the pool. It was the warmest pool I have ever been...

Hi Mike R, I am so happy that your first experience at our resort was amazing for you. You even added an extra night! Thank you! Your description of your family bonfire is such a cornerstone image of "resorting" in Ontario. Family times, beside the lake, a fire blazing and marshmallows roasting. We really hope you and your family will...

We went to Bayview Wildwood this past weekend for a 3-night stay to celebrate my grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary. The bulk of us stayed in a large cottage (8 of us slept there), while the other 10-12 folks had their own rooms/cottages. The cottage was in good condition, lots of cutlery/cooking apparatus for our breakfasts and bbqs. The cottage was...

Hi Sarah E, Thank you for trusting our resort to be the host of such a great family event - 60th wedding anniversary! We definitely plan activities and services for all ages and it sounds like your family (ages 2-88) had fun taking part in them. It sounds like you had one of our new dining room staff; hired in...

Enjoyed a weekend getaway with my sister here. Accommodations good, but tap water stunk of sulfur and no bottled water provided. Sulfur Smell quite noticeable. The dining room was convenient and the menu had good variety, changing daily. We enjoyed the dinner which was very good. View from dining room of Sparrow Lake was lovely. There was live musical entertainment...

Hi KeithaB, We are pleased that your sisters escape was an enjoyable retreat for you. Some of our taps do get a sulfur smell on occasion, but it doesn't usually last. We would have been happy to provide some bottled water for you. I am so sorry you had that issue. You are right - dining while overlooking Sparrow Lake...

We love coming back to the resort. The staff are so friendly and love their work. The facilities are very agreeable as well. If you like good food then that too is very well taken care of. Let's not forget the beautiful nature that's all around no matter the season

During the Christmas holidays our family took a last-minute trip to the Bayview Wildwood Resort. The service was warm and friendly, the food delicious, and the activities were a lot of fun! Our rooms while dated were very clean and there are a variety of room configurations to choose from to fit every family's needs.

We stayed here the past winter. We really enjoyed our stay but our room was really outdated and old seeming. The Jacuzzi tub was soo loud, I thought the neighbours would hear!
