Ideal for a couple looking for for a simple, quiet and nice place to stay for a few days, allowing short distance visits to the main attractions and the city of Arles. The personal is very friendly and efficient. The table is good and serves local fresh dishes of great taste and quality. The choice of wines is local but very nice at very low prices.

all was OK. Wonderful location and very relaxing stay. restaurant, breakfast, swimming pool, etc. nothing to complain about. Only invasive flies, but this is not the fault of the owners.the bed was confortable as well as the room.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful garden and large swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with AC. Extremely friendly staff, nice little restaurant with down to earth local food and some nice wines from the region.

unfortunately sometimes you have to conclude that something isn't it anymore. we often spent a few nights here. always come back. the accommodation is very nice and it has been renovated so fine. beautiful garden, but that's where it ends. we stayed here on September 4 and 5. a weekend where the internet and therefore the TV was down. at the checkout, the owner responded if I was crazy. because she just had wifi. yes Monday. Also, our offer of breakfast included suddenly disappeared and there was no discussion about it. pay! ok you want to enjoy your holiday, so never mind. contrary to the info on the internet, where it says that you pay at the accommodation, a reservation is made on your cc on arrival. it will not be deducted from your bill. So you pay the full amount and until today, contrary to the owner's promise, the amount is still reserved on my CC.
An email to the owner asking for an explanation is simply not answered.
what have we done to deserve this rudeness? we will skip this hotel in the future and it gives a bad feeling. because we have so many memories here.
i feel offended.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Maussne-les-Alpilles and within walking distance of the village and appears to be lovely. However, there is a terrible fly problem on the grounds that the staff claim come from the sheep across the road that are there year round. When I say fly problem I mean 20+ flies hovering everywhere. it is impossible to lay on the lounge by the pool ;same thing inside in the lovely chaise lounge area, or on our private balcony and one look in the morning in the breakfast room sent me straight out. They try to control the problem with toxic spray. Not sure which is worse. I would not stay here again because of that.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights whilst using as a base to visit the Provence (Avignon, Arles, Camargue, etc). This place should be classed in English terms higher than 3 star. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was modern, very clean with a balcony. Nothing missing; WiFi poor and does need looking into though. The hotel has ample parking and as a bonus has a lovely swimming pool and gardens as well as what seemed to be a new sauna and steam room. Dinner on our first night was very nice. Off season, there are no options for food on a Sunday and Monday, but staff very accommodating in helping recommend places to eat. Situated near Mausanne where you can walk into town if you wish to. We had dinner in the village of Les Baux de Provence which is a short drive away. Breakfast was very nice and varied. You can sit outside in a lovely area if you wish to. The best breakfast we had during our 10 day stay in France. This hotel was so relaxing and quiet. Will definitely visit again.

The staff is very friendly. We felt personally taken care of. The restaurant was very good. I would heartily recommend the duck. Couldn't have been better. We would come back for sure. It was perfectly charming!

Wished we could have stayed longer. It was very comfortable, nice gardens, pool & great service. We could easily walk to town & had a nice light dinner outside at a cute restaurant.
I realized I was missing one shoe the next day at a new hotel. I emailed the hotel & they responded quickly that they did have it. They send it to my next hotel. I received it quickly & they paid the fee. How nice of them. It even had the sock I had left in it!
What great service, would definitely stay here again. 5 stars based on comfort & service.

Every year a week in Southern Europe on a bicycle. Every year curious about the hotel! This time we ended up in Val Baussenc in Mausanne. Family run business, nice rooms, average breakfast and in the evening a simple diner. Place is very clean, staff is very friendly, surroundings are beautiful. Nice price - value.
During our stay, beginning of autumn a lot of elderly people. Wifi could be a bit better
