Just far enough to feel like a million miles away but close enough to beautiful Coolum with every amenity, Yandina Station is a magnificent wedding venue for everyone to love. The grounds are maintained impeccably and the views over the surrounding valley and up to Mt Ninderry is enchanting. Relaxed yet professional service by the staff made the occasion extremely memorable with drinks and canapés served on the lush rise of land near the main dairy shed straight after the ceremony itself then moving into the Dairy for the reception. This is where the night unfolded with great prompt service and a magnificent array of food for all tastes. Some dirt roads to get there but nothing problematic but most caught a bus from Coolum anyway. Caitlin was a standout waitress but every staff member there were equally capable and professional. Well done Yandina Station. A perfect venue for your most special day.

Last weekend we attended a wedding here at Yandina Station. We arrived and at first thought this is way out in the boonies. As we got closer to the Dairy we were blown away by how beautiful it was. The ceremony was under a huge tree with an arbour covered in beautiful flowers. We were then served delicious nibbles and drinks while the couple had their photos taken. We moved into the Dairy for the reception. Drinks were served by such friendly staff and the food was delicious. There was so much food. I can not recommend this place more highly. I was so impressed. Keep doing an amazing job Yandina Station.

We attended a wedding at the venue with the ceremony in the garden and the reception held in the old milking shed. It was a wonderful night with very good service, a well prepared and presented sharing plate “feast” and interesting surrounds. I would certainly reccomend Yandina Station to anyone planning a special occassion.

My husband and I attended a Saturday afternoon wedding and reception here recently. It is a perfect location for a picturesque, rustic wedding. The handsome groom and beautiful bride where married under the large tree located in the fenced area near the barn. The guests enjoyed pre and post ceremony drinks hosted by the friendly and professional staff. Small canapes were served after the ceremony. These included delicious bit sized duck pies, pork belly bites and rare steak tasty treats. The drinks were a mix of beers, champagne and punch. It was a very beautifully decorated ceremony with enough room for 60+ guests. Games were set up on the lawn for post ceremony entertainment as well as a designated smoking area. The reception was hosted in the beautifully decorated barn. Fairly lights, wooden tables and antique décor set the perfect scene for the evening. The staff served the drinks politely and regularly. My water glass was never left empty and I could change from champagne, to white wine then to red without any problem. Even though it was a cool night with small rain showers the room was kept warm with the overhead heaters and plastic curtains that enclosed the barn. The meal was served family style, which is large plates in the centre of the  table for everyone to pick from. Every morsel was bursting with flavour, served hot and well-seasoned. We had rear beef with mash, stuffed chicken, lamb, crisp potatoes, green beans and carrots. Everyone at our table enjoyed the food very much. No dried out meat and no empty tummies. I know they also had special dietary meals organised for some guests on the night. For dessert we enjoyed a mix of bitesize pieces of wedding cake, lemon meringue pie, raspberry brownie or hummingbird cake. This was served buffet style with tea and coffee. Every bit of dessert was perfectly flavoured and left you wanting more. After dinner the band warmed up and the guests hit the dance floor. With ample room for all the guests some could dance while others mingled around the bar, seating area or outside to smoke. The toilets where situated a 200m walk away. But it was only a problem with a rain shower. Even as the night went on the staff remained friendly, professional and nice. At 1030pm the wonderful bride and groom had organised two buses back to Coolum where we were all staying. A must with such a big group. There is parking on site. But cars must be removed by 10am the next day. I know the bride and groom stayed the night at the on-site cabins. Im sure that they would have enjoyed it if it was anything like the rest of the wedding. All and all this is a perfect venue for a wedding. I’m sure there would be a wet weather alternative for the ceremony if needed. If you had elderly or disabled people I think they would find the ground a bit uneven. But I’m sure the venue would assist with accommodate them

My cousin had her wedding there. The place was amazing. Beautiful grounds and the rustic buildings just set the mood as the afternoon sun set over the property. Then as night set in the old shed became the prefect place for the reception. The food and drink were excellent and the staff were just so friendly and accommodating through out the night.

A brilliant venue for the wedding we attended. An outside wedding on a glorious Spring day and reception in the delightful old barn modified to cater perfectly for any function. A lovely view across the well maintained grass paddock back towards Coolum. A couple of old fig trees gave plenty of shade to the rustic settings underneath. Inside the barn had a sandy floor which added to the uniqueness of the place.

Attended my Daughter's wedding here recently and the adrenalin is still pumping through my veins. The rural setting is so soothing it is important that any function should be held to allow with sufficient daylight to appreciate the spectacular scenery. The farm, barn, and sawmill add to the genuine historical appeal. I had to be asked three times to come inside so they could introduce the bridal party, it is so peaceful and calming. The drinks were icy cold and the food was plentiful and tasty. The staff were marvellous. Yes it was special because of who got married but the venue blew me away. SPECTATULAR!
